After doing a little research on Google, we found HOMI and decided to enlist the help of the HOMI team for finding a suitable tenant. The level of professionalism that we received from this company was beyond our expectations. Alex and his team quickly contacted us to explain the processes and answer our questions. He then listed our apartment on his portal and from there the results were astounding. Within a month, the HOMI team had filtered through various candidates for our apartment according to our requests and requirements for tenancy. We were able to get a tenant in the apartment within the same month which was amazing. For those of you who are not Greek and need to work with Greek authorities, you may also have had the frustrating experience of trying to navigate Greek systems with expensive lawyers, being told different things, and of course, simply not hearing back from people. The HOMI team simplified all of this for us and within a month's time, they listed our apartment, filtered through potential tenants, created a lease and found great tenants, all while keeping us updated and involved every step of the way.
