★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O "οικοδεσπότης" απαράδεκτος ! Βάλαμε λίγο μουσική και φώναξε αστυνομία ! Ρεεεεε πάτε καλά? Τα λεφτά πήρες για μια νύχτα παραπανω από 70 ευρώ και μας απειλεις με πρόστιμο 1000 ευρώ ?! Από ποιον θες να βγάλεις λεφτά ρεε!! Μια που δεν έχεις κόσμο γιατί απλά δεν ξέρεις να κάνεις την σωστή δουλειά με τέτοιο στόμα που έχεις ! Χιλιαδες σπίτια τέτοια έχουμε ενοικίασει και κανένας δεν συμπεριφέρθηκε με τέτοιο σκατό ύφος ! Ουστ ! Ποτέ ξανά !
 The "host" is unacceptable! We played some music and the police shouted! Reeeee are you doing well? You took the money for one night more than 70 euros and you are threatening us with a fine of 1000 euros ?! Who do you want to make money from !! Since you do not have people because you just do not know how to do the right job with such a mouth that you have! We have rented thousands of such houses and no one behaved in such a shit style! Ust! Never again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was PERFECT! Clean modern apartment, very well equipped (washing machine surprised me a lot) and all the stuff worked excellent (no problems with airco or anything). Not far from the centre of Athens (about 25m by feet) or nice beaches (like Glyfada). According to covid, the Residence keeps required measures.
I will recommend this place for everyone! :)
