★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατάστημα Σερρών. Αγοράζω εδώ και πολλά χρόνια καλλυντικά και είμαι σε γενικές γραμμές ευχαριστημενη. Εβαλα 3 αστέρια λόγω της συμπεριφοράς μιας υπαλλήλου στη L'Oréal στο κατάστημα των Σερρών. Η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος εξυπηρέτησε πρώτα τις φίλες της χωρίς να ρωτήσει ποιος περίμενε πρώτος για να εξυπηρετηθει.. Πράγμα βασικό.. Η ευγένεια και η σωστή και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά είναι τα βασικά πράγματα τα οποία μαθαίνει κάποιος για να εργαστεί.... Αφού λοιπόν περίμενα υπομονετικά να με εξυπηρετήσει.. Ρωτώ την υπάλληλο αν έχει ένα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν... Η απάντηση της με εξέπληξε..!!... 'δεν γνωρίζω.. Μάλλον τέλειωσε'..! Ούτε να ρωτήσει ούτε να ψάξει αν τυχόν υπάρχει τ προϊόν.... Και γιατί να ψάξει... Εκει εργάζεται?!?!
Serres Store. I have been buying cosmetics for many years and I am generally happy. I put 3 stars due to the behavior of an employee at L'Oréal in the Serres store. This employee first served her friends without asking who was the first to wait to be served .. Key thing .. Kindness and correct and professional behavior are the basic things that one learns to work .... So I waited patiently to serve me .. I ask the employee if she has a specific product ... Her answer surprised me .. !! ... 'I do not know .. Probably finished' ..! Neither to ask nor to look if there is any product .... And why look ... Does he work there?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh boy where to start, first off you should avoid this place at all costs. The sales staff there are demanding, rude, and most times pressuring for you to buy, if you end up not buying their behavior changes to very hostile and wont even let you touch testers. There was an instance that a lady told me JUST 1 spray she obviously wanted the tester for herself. Avoid the brunette and blonde ladies at all costs they are the ones running the place and they are the worst to get assisted by as they only care for your pockets money and their bussiness growth. Lastly testers are made for the people to test not the staff to grab them and take them home, and even so at least behave with better manners to the people supporting the place. This place needs a serious revamping and soon.
