J	Johana Kovaci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Οι κύριες και οι κοπέλες που δουλεύουν δεν έχουν καμία ιδέα για τα προϊόντα του καταστήματος. Με το που μπαίνω με ρωτάει μια κυρία τι θέλω και την λέω το προϊόν που πήγα να αγοράσω και μου λέει να κατέβω στον κάτω όροφο. κατεβαίνω , οι κοπέλες εντελώς στον κόσμο τους είχαν μαζευτεί για συζήτηση , ρωτάω την μια για το προϊόν και με κοιτάει περίεργα μετά ρωτάει της υπόλοιπες ..καμιά δεν είχε την παραμικρή ιδέα .Την δείχνω screenshot από την ιστοσελίδα του Hondos μπας και τη βοηθήσω να καταλάβει ..η απάντηση της δεν το έχουμε αυτό την απαντάω πως είναι από την ιστοσελίδα τούς και μου λέει ότι σε αυτό το συγκεκριμένο δεν το έχουν.. φεύγω και ανεβαίνω πάνω στην κύρια από το φαρμακείο που οσοες φορές έχω πάει με έχει εξυπηρετήσει πολύ ωραία όπως και αυτή τη φορά με το που την λέω το όνομα του προϊόντος μου το έδειξε άμεσος. Με λόγια λόγια θα ήταν ωραίο να μας εξυπηρετήσετε όταν χρειαζόμαστε βοήθεια και όχι όταν σας λέμε όχι και μας κυνηγάτε από πίσω που είναι πάρα πολύ ενοχλητικό. Very bad service. The gentlemen and the girls who work have no idea about the store's products. As I walk in, a lady asks me what I want and tells her the product I went to buy and tells me to go downstairs. i go down, the girls all over the world are gathered for a chat, i ask one about the product and she looks at me curiously after asking the others .. no one had the slightest idea. i show her a screenshot from her hondos site and help her understand .. her answer we don't have this I reply she's from their website and she tells me they haven't got it in this particular .. i go and go up to the main pharmacy which has been very nice to me as many times as i have been and this time with what you say oh my product name showed it immediately. In a word it would be nice to serve us when we need help and not when we say no and chase you from behind which is very annoying.

Ξέρω πως είναι αυτή η τακτική του καταστήματος αλλά ας το κοιτάξουν λίγο οι υπεύθυνοι. I would like a little more time to fool around with cosmetics. The saleswoman over my head is stressing me. I know this is the tactic of the store but let the people in charge take a look at it.

R	Rebecka Dahlbom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a boatload of products. Didn't manage to check if they had cruelty-free ones. The whole building smells of strongly of perfume because of the staff which wears it, and not just in the perfume department. The staff is friendly.
