Έχω επικοινωνήσει αρκετές φορές με το μαγαζί που μου είπαν πως την Δευτέρα 7 - 2-2022 θα έχω την παραγγελία μου που δεν έγινε ποτέ.. Εχω απογοητευτεί από ένα τέτοιο κατάστημα με τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση..!!! I have been waiting here for 10 days to know where the order I have been ordering since January 30 ... I have contacted the store several times and they told me that on Monday 7 - 2-2022 I will have my order that was never placed .. I am disappointed with such a store with such service .. !!!

C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρεωνουν στην επιστροφη και αυτο ειναι παραλογο απο την στιγμη που δεν χρεωνουν στην αλλαγη προιοντος...Ειναι σαν τιμωρια στον πελατη επειδη επιστρεφει το προιον το οποιο σιγουρα θα πουληθει ξανα. Ευτυχως, που ολο και πιο πολλα καταστηματα στην Ελλαδα αρχιζουν σιγα σιγα να μην χρεωνουν στην επιστροφη. Εκτος απο παραλογο ειναι γενικα αντι-επαγγελματικος τροπος αντιμετωπισης του πελατη και τον αποθαρρυνει απο μελλοντικες αγορες. Ενημερωση: Ευχαριστω για την πολιτισμενη σας προσεγγιση στο σχολιο μου, Ειστε απο τους λιγους που ανταποκριθηκατε με επαγγελματισμο χωρις εγωιστικες δικαιολογιες. Ο τροπος σας ειναι το ειδος που ελκυει τους πελατες να αναθεωρισουν τις συναλλαγες τους μαζι σας και να συνεχιζουν τις αγορες τους απο το καταστημα σας..4 αστερια τοτε They charge for the return and this is absurd since they do not charge for the product change ...
