Κάθε πέτρα στην παραλία του Αγίου Γεωργίου οφείλει τη γέννησή της στην ηφαιστειακή δράση, καθένα από τα εκατοντάδες στρώματα των πετρωμάτων που σχηματίζουν τους βράχους αποτέθηκε από κάποια ηφαιστειακή έκρηξη.
Η ηφαιστειακή δραστηριότητα στη Κασσάνδρα εκδηλώθηκε πριν από αρκετές χιλιάδες χρόνια. Η χαρακτηριστική μυρουδιά του «κλούβιου αυγού» στην περιοχή οφείλεται επίσης στην ύπαρξη υδρόθειου, το οποίο ακόμη και σε απειροελάχιστες συγκεντρώσεις γίνεται αισθητό από την όσφρηση. H παραλία του Αγίου Γεωργίου με τις μεγάλες στρογγυλές πέτρες είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και με αυτοκίνητο.
Βρίσκεται Ανατολικά 1.550 μέτρα μετά από την διασταύρωση προς το Υδροθεραπευτήριο των Λουτρών της Αγίας Παρασκευής (έχει ταμπέλα δεξιά στον επαρχιακό δρόμο προς Αγία Παρασκευή).

Every stone on the beach of Agios Georgios owes its birth to volcanic action, each of the hundreds of layers of rocks that form the rocks was deposited by a volcanic eruption.
Volcanic activity in Kassandra occurred several thousand years ago. The characteristic smell of the "egg cage" in the area is also due to the presence of hydrogen sulfide, which even in infinitesimal concentrations is felt by the smell. The beach of Agios Georgios with its large round stones is easily accessible by car.
It is located East 1,550 meters after the junction to the Hydrotherapy Center of the Baths of Agia Paraskevi (it has a sign on the right on the provincial road to Agia Paraskevi).
