It is not hot, is lukewarm. Very shallow with big rocks for the most part. Too much people swimming side by side. Many use the mud on their skin. I tried it on one arm. Later I realized I had some pimples on my body, more on the arm.
I wouldn't recommend it. Just swim for a few minutes where the water is deep and clean to refresh yourself after the long walk at the volcano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to swim in the hot springs, it seems Spiridakos is the best service. They provided towels and a quick shower which our trip with Dakoutros did not. Overall seemed more friendly and organized when docked next to our boat. Keep in mind the water is cold when not in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you visit Saint Nicholas Church ⛪ site there you find orange water spring to the left of the church ⛪ coming from the sea. To get to the hot ? water spring you need to swim for a few metres in very deep water as boats has to stop away from the rocky area. So to get to it through you have to be good swimmer. When you get to the hot water springs you will find other water a few degrees higher than the sea water in a shallow area that is full of minerals.
