About HOT YOGA by NIKO GEO
Το 2011 φέραμε πρώτοι την Hot Yoga στην Ελλάδα και έχοντας αλλάξει, διοίκηση, κατεύθυνση και τοποθεσία, καλωσορίζουμε τους μαθητές που επιθυμούν να ασκήσουν την πρακτική τους και σε non-hot συνθήκες με μία ομάδα διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένων και πιστοποιημένων καθηγητών.
Το Σεπτέμβριο του 2018 η Hot Yoga μεταφέρθηκε σε νέες μεγαλύτερες εγκαταστάσεις στο Ψυχικό. Ο νέος χώρος διαμορφώθηκε με πολύ φροντίδα και αγάπη από τον ιδιοκτήτη του studio, Νίκο Geo για όσους μαθητές που θέλουν να ασκούν την πρακτική τους με μία ομάδα εξαίρετων δασκάλων σε ένα περιβάλλον υψηλής αισθητικής και design.
Παρέχουμε στα μέλη μας, ένα όμορφο, προσεγμένο & χαλαρό περιβάλλον εστιάζοντας τόσο στην πνευματική εμπειρία της Yoga όσο και στα σωματικά οφέλη της πρακτικής της αντιμετωπίζοντας το κάθε μέλος μας με σεβασμό σαν μία ξεχωριστή οντότητα.
Σας δίνουμε τη δυνατότητα να γνωρίσετε και να δοκιμάσετε περισσότερες από 10 μορφές Yoga σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα δυσκολίας, από αρχάριους (Hatha Yoga) μέχρι και προχωρημένους (Rocket Yoga) και να γίνετε κοινωνός μίας ποιοτικής και απολαυστικής εμπειρίας. Παράλληλα μπορείτε να επιλέξετε ανάμεσα σε πληθώρα non hot μαθημάτων καθώς και πιο γυμναστηριακών αφού πλέον το πρόγραμμα εκτός από Hot TRX & Pilates διαθέτει μαθήματα functional κυκλικής δομής για ενδυνάμωση και γράμμωση του σώματος.
Στον μελετημένο και minimal αισθητικής χώρο του studio θα βρείτε από spiritual μέχρι και funky τάξεις , από άκρως δυναμικές που θα σας κάνουν να ιδρώσετε μέχρι και απαλές και από ρυθμικές μέχρι τάξεις που υπό το ημίφως των κεριών θα σας ταξιδέψουν.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! I was in Athens for work/vacay and stumbled across this studio. They were hosting Patrick Beach. It is an amazing space in a very nice neighborhood. Everybody was super friendly and it has a real community feel about it! I went several times over 2 weeks and tried lots of classes! The space is Super Lux but at very reasonable prices and the 2 teachers I did class with were fantastic. Although in Greek they both took time to talk to me in English. The vibe was super professional but very welcoming at the same time! A special shout out to the reception staff who also helped me with restaurant tips and a local dentist! Please open in LA - Huntington Beach area :-)
