★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very friendly staff and beautifully maintained gardens, it really was lovely. Very nice views to the mountains and Platamon Castle. The pool and dining areas were immaculate. It was a very short walk to the beach, 2-3 minutes. There are supermarkets and some restaurants locally and it's a short (5-10 minute) drive to larger towns either side.. Negative: Maybe a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room?.

The hosts are very friendly and made us feel as at home. It was wonderful to us and we think this accommodation offers more than its price. Very grateful for everything!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We couldn't be happier with our stay in Afroditi! Hotel is located very close to the beach (3 minutes walk) and to the village center where all the restaurants, cafes and bakeries are. Rooms are very spacious and have a great view (ours was overlooking the pool and the castle) and they are being cleaned every day. Everything in and around the hotel is pristine. The pool and the hotel bar next to it have restricted working hours to ensure the rest during the afternoon siesta and after midnight, but are open long enough to enjoy them. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful and they all speak several languages. We felt like staying with friends, but with all the comfort that a hotel offers.. Negative: If you need a kettle on everyday basis, I would ask at the reception, as our room did not come with one..
