I made a phone reservation and after 12 hours on the road when I arrived at the hotel she told us that the Sarti Premim Suites (same business with Agni on the Beach) are not finished yet ( still under construction) and, in Hotel Agni on the Beach they still make little finishes. No any apologies!!! The hotel looks good enough but the area is pretty bad because is at the end of Sarti, is stil under construction and is rather separate from Sarti downtown . This area is quite far away from down town of Sarti.

All employees were very nice and the food served for breakfast was always tasty and diverse. The only downside I could point at is the fact that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and was only accessible from certain small areas of the room.

But the noise from the cleaning of the rooms and the bar after breakfast is unbearable. If you don't want to take a nap or rest at noon, it wouldn't bother you. But if you happen to be tired after a nice day at the beach and want to rest for a while before going to swim again, it is impossible. Breakfast could be served earlier for the guests who wake up early (now it is served at 8:30).

Whenever we had a problem or a question she was there to help us and made sure our needs were fulfilled. I can absolutely recommend this hotel!

Unbelievable cleanness nice sea view balconies just some meters from the fabulous Caribbean style beach ,(white and so smooth like powder ).Good breakfast in the room (very convenient for us ).Friendly staff and hostess ,interested tours (blue lagoon suggested ).At the beach there are sunbeds and umbrellas provided from the hotel really pleasant and cosy place !

It was a room with everything you need for a short vacation: clean, modern furniture and a beautiful view. I reserved directly from their website and ms. Agni was very helpful with information need it during this period of time.

Just 50m from the seaside, very clean and well equipped. It is always pleasure to speak with the owner - Agni, who knows how to make feel you well and come back again...
