★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel in a great location. Big bed and good bathroom. Bit of a walk uphill to get back from the restaurants on the seafront but not too bad as a decent, quiet road to walk on. Rooms with partial seaview have nice terraces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt our favorite hotel in Greece! So nice in fact, we initially booked for three nights & subsequently added three more ? Ive run through everything to note below, but its hard to put into words how lovely the staff were. Effei, one of the ladies that worked there saw us checking out & walking to the bus stop & insisted on driving us to the port.
The pool is fantastic & has plentiful seating & sun loungers. Nice relaxed music playing throughout the day. The hotel maintains a full bar throughout the day, serving coffee, drinks & food. There is also a table tennis table & multiple chess & checkers sets which we were delighted with. The hotel supplies towels & little clips if its windy.
The staff were incredibly friendly & attentive throughout our stay & were always available, should we have a question. They supplied us with bus timetables when there was a new one.
Breakfast starts at 8:30am & runs through 10:30 & was out of this world ! ???? By far the most varied we have experienced in our time exploring the Greek islands. Coffee was great & the selection of food was huge!☕ They even had a gluten free section. Also available was a large selection of fruit, which was bursting with flavour. ???They even had a range of 5/6 different cakes, for those with a sweet tooth. ?????
We stayed in room 21, which was advertised as "with partial sea view", however this doesnt do it justice. Every morning we woke to the most incredible view overlooking Platis Gialos Bay. I had read in some reviews that the rooms were somewhat dated, however i found them to be the opposite, full of character, yet modern. I loved the nice touches like the old school phone! ☎️
The room was cleaned daily & we got fresh towels & bed sheets. The air-con was modern & worked well. There was a fridge in the room & a large bottle of water was provided every day. There was also ample storage space for our suitcases & clothes etc. The bathroom was spacious & modern, the shower new. Fresh toiletries were supplied daily. There was a (hoover-like) hairdryer on the wall. Im not a huge fan of these, but literally it was the only thing near a negative that i found ! ??
location -
The hotel is literally a 3/4 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & mini-market. The road runs parallel to the beach in Platis Yialos & has a huge choice of places to have something to eat or drink. The food in general was good/ok. We found it better to eat in the greek restaurants & order the traditional dishes. Try the lamb stews!!! Amazeballs !! ???
The bus stop is directly outside the hotel (20 yards). This will bring you to Appolonia or back to Kamares (port).
We used it all the time & it was pretty efficient +/- a few mins ??. Its €1.80 one way to Appolonia & €2.30 further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel ran by the loveliest people. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Room lovely and bright and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Super breakfast and less than 5 minutes to the beach where there are some super restaurants. The hotel is really quiet and if you’re looking for somewhere to totally switch off, this is the place. Pool bar was great and free beach towels is always a plus. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, great staff. only 4 stars instead of 5 because the room could use updating. however, if breakfast is important to you (especially if you plan to hike) choose this place without a second thought. the breakfast is awesome and caters to many different tastes. also very close to the beach which has some very nice restaurants. would recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, good views of the beach. Very quick laundry, and the rooms were cleaned well. Pool is great and a short walk to the main strip. Buffet is pretty standard, but enjoyed the cheesy scrambled eggs. Didn't try the room service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideally located overlooking Plati Yialos, a short 300 m walk to the beach. Beautifully renovated building with old-world charm and modern facilities, very clean and comfortable rooms, large selection for breakfast, and good wifi connection. What was the most impressive was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. This is not merely a family business; Alexandros and his family have established a beautiful, positive and calm atmosphere and environment, reaching beyond expectations for guests. This was a beautiful haven and l definitely look forward to visiting again! Highly recommended!
