β β β β β We went to their restaurant, the dishes were untasteful, small portion of moussaka and we found a hair in the pasta. Not really worth it.

β β β β β Incredible location. Nice rooms. Near to multiple beaches and facilities including a great aquarium / animal sanctuary, boat hiring shops and supermarkets. WiFi was practically unusable however. All round 9/10.

Great service from some members of staff, particularly Kim and other female waitresses
Less so great service from others, specifically the one bloke that always seems stressed out even when the restaurant is not busy. As Iβd done on other days, I tried to order a takeaway coffee at the bar and was scalded βlook you see we are busyβ whilst pointing at order notes behind the bar. I wasnβt complaining and didnβt have a problem with waiting but there are better ways to communicate this with your customers.
Coffee taste and price is as competitive as everywhere in the area.

β β β β β Fantastic location just across the road to the beach.
Service was well above average by all the hotel staff,they were all very attentive and happy to help whatever you needed and always with a big smile ? the restaurant served plenty of delicious food...you would never feel hungry!!
For me the only thing that could be better are the rooms... I found our room basic but on the upside housekeeping we're exceptional.
The shower though was definitely not good....you can only wash your front or back without squashing yourself against the wall!!
After all that you're not in your room for much of the time so it didn't spoil our break as we were only there for a week.Over-all we had a lovely time with very little to niggle about.
