Positive: The staff were amazing. We arrived very late, approximately 1.30am, and they stayed late to check us in. The following day our ferry wasn’t until 6pm and they allowed us to have a late check out. This hotel is perfect for anyone waiting for the ferry. Our rooms overlooked the sea, and there are plenty of places to have a drink or something to eat nearby.. Negative: It was all great..

Positive: Hosts are very helpful people. One day they gave us a pan, pot and a knife and we could cook a dinner in our room. So on the plus side there's definitely the kitchen in the rooms. Very clean toilet, nice room decor (our room had balony with beautiful seaside).. Negative: No coffee and tea in the rooms. Very modest breakfasts in hotel restaurant. Blurred english menu written by hand, underlined. This isn't encouraging to order a dishes..

Positive: Nice and clean property. The place is more like a coffee/mezes place in front with outside seating and has rooms for rent in the back and above, you can hear the nightlife from the café and the promenade but if you close the windows (or you don’t mind), you can still sleep well. At the time of my visit, CoVid-19 precautions were in effect, resulting in a check in time at 1500h upon arriving. KTEL bus stops 250m away but there is also ample parking space. Some of the staff speak English, some don’t - perfect for practising those first 30 words from you language learning app! Also the building is a very nice sight when you walk up/pull up. WiFi is stable and quite fast. If you want to mingle, there are taverns and bars all along the boulevard. Again, be prepared to use your Greek for Beginners and it will be twice the fun.. Negative: Not much negative to say. There are some stray dogs around the promenade, some of which are being fed by tourists and have become a bit territorial. Consider this if you are severely stressed by dogs barking at you. Also there is no bike/moto rental anywhere nearby, so bring your own or walk. As the distance to the nice, sandy and free part of the beach is only a 15 minutes walk, this is not a problem..
