Bez volje da pozove majstora. Nudi nesplatnu upotrebu klime u zamenu za terasu. Nisu hteli da nam daju drugu sobu. A bilo je slobodnih. Dalje posudje lose. Mi smo sami kupili kasike. Soba kao raspremljenaa mi izgrnuli pola djubrovnika. Posteljina sumnjiva. Moram da pomidlim da mozda nije ni promenjena. Ja ovde NIKAD VISE. A da napomenem da nikakvo izvinjenje nismo dobili ni od odoblja hotela ni od turisticke agencije FENIKS iz Kraljeva. An unkind woman at the front desk. j	jovan ivanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pešo neradi,nema pola kuhinjske opreme,roletne pokvarene,kreveti stari i rasklimani(kao i sve drugo u hotelu).Ali najbitnije je to sto je osoblje krajnje neprijatno,nepristupacno i u pojedinim situacijama bezobrazno.Ako ste razmišljali da idete u ovaj hotel,ne idite. Potrosite malo vise para al barem nadjite neki normalan smeštaj i uzivajte u moru. V	Viktor Glišić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U sobi su pronalazeni insekti (bubasvabe,mravi...), pa cak i pacovi i gusteri. Svo posudje je prljavo kao i posteljina koju niko ne menja. Zena na recepciji je veoma neljubazna kao i gazda hotela i vodic. Preko dana je veoma vruce i nesto smrdi u sobama, a tokom noci ne moze da se spava od zvuka koji proizvode macke dok jure pacove po hotelu.
