Hotel Erato Star - Thrakis 4

the beds are of poor quality, bad mattresses. I could not sleep well . Also, lots of noises and also....bugs !!

We had five nights and none changed our sheets. I first saw a hotel that didn't offer towels. We came to the sea and found ourselves without towels. I had to throw the garbage out of the hotel myself because my maid left it at the door and said it wasn't her job. The cleaning staff has no respect for the guests.

Clean room, food is ok, lots of noise in hotel because the walls are so thin, security guard is walking through hotel in middle of night and yelling. Really bad experience

The hotel staff was friendly, that's the only thing they have going for them. 1. Price - compared to other similar hotels in the area and based on conversations with other tourists it became apparent this hotel is pricier than others of its size and type. 2. Space - the studio room has 4 beds but is not built for 4 beds or 4 people. The room was incredibly cramped for the 4 people and the pictures were deceiving on the room size. 3. Beds - the beds are at least 50 year old spring beds which are painful to sleep on. You'd think with all the money they charge they would have upgraded the beds by now. It'd be more comfortable to sleep outside on the beach than these beds. 4. Amenities - why on earth do they charge 5 EUROS a night for A/C?!? 5. Shower - poor water pressure on 3rd floor and no hot water. 6. Location - 5 minute walk to the beach which is nice. Parking is impossible to find and hotel staff was not helpful. Overall - town and beach werr great, would not stay here again. If I could give this "hotel" less than 1 star I would.
