★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great hotel. Food and the beautiful outdoor setting of the restaurant are amazing. We sat and enjoyed the view long after dinner. Rooms were a comfortable size with a beautiful balcony and large picture windows overlooking the garden and pool and beyond. Great wifi and excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Good value. Highly recommend. Friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel near the famous Olympia. The service was very good. Our room was near the elevator but it was not too loud at all. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay here was ruined when we sat at a table for over five minutes without being acknowledged by breakfast staff. When we decided to go serve ourselves, a staff member approached us and accused us of “not having a room”. Obviously this rudeness was unexpected and disappointing for any hotel, let alone one with 4 stars. This made us feel unwelcome and was compounded by staff never coming to the table to greet us or offer beverages (as they did for other guests) and instead dropping off drinks (when we were not at the table) when we had already served ourselves out of necessity. The AC also did not keep the room cool, and the wifi was below acceptable standards. As well, the parking lot was full and no instructions were given to explain where we should park (despite the website promising a parking space). We would not recommend this hotel despite its proximity to the ancient site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Europa far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful hotel and a beautiful setting that is carefully thought out and maintained. The entire hotel and grounds are spotless. The staff are so professional, welcoming, helpful and warm and make you feel like they are welcome you into their home. Our bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bathroom sink oversized with plenty of counter space, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the room was much nicer than the website pictures would have you believe. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the service matched. Bravo to Hotel Europa management and staff.
