★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend a day there a week ago.. I got really suprised with the quality level of the personnel, inspecially with the Chef aprentices. Well educated and top quality characters. Also enjoyed the fresh fish dishes. Top quality for a nice dinner by the sea

I give average rating because we spoke at reception to stay 2 nights at hotel,but after our first night we was told that the room was booked for someone else in the following days.
So we had to live the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place. The room was perfect, very clean. Amazing view to the bay. The breakfast was very good including local type food. The parking place was available near the room. The price comparing to Corfu island accommodation prices was very good. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely place to stay. It is so close to the water you can walk down a few steps and dip your toes while still on the property. It has the best views of the village of Syvota I have seen. Staff are very accommodating and ensure you enjoy your stay. I am excited to return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has one of the best spots in Sivata! Beautiful views from the balcony and very friendly hosts. The rooms are nicely refurbished and air conditioned. They also have screens to keep mosquitoes outside. Negative: it has no lift and the parking area is very cramped and the access to it very steep. It's better to park out on the street.
