★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή ποιότητα και αγενείς στο τηλέφωνο.επισης οσες φορές έχουμε παραγγείλει με ατομα φέρνουν λάθος παραγγειλία με δικιά τους πρωτοβουλία χωρίς να ενημερώσουν.
 Poor quality and rude on the phone. Also how many times we have ordered with people bring the wrong order on their own initiative without informing.

Μόλις τους πήρα τηλέφωνο μου είπαν σου βαλαμε ρύζι επειδή τελείωσαν οι πατατες φούρνου. Σοβαρα? τι μας λετε ρε ? αμα σαν πληρωσω με λεφτα απο μονοπολι επειδή μου τελείωσαν τα κανονικα..θα πείτε και τι εγινε ? ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΠΑΙΔΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΤΟΜΑ ΠΟΥ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είχα κάνει παραγγελία από efood για κανελονια και μια μερίδα πατάτες φούρνου,με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο να μου πούνε ότι δεν έχουν κανελονια με αποτέλεσμα να παραγγείλω μπιφτέκι κοτόπουλο και πατάτες φούρνου. Αντί να μου πούνε ότι δεν έχουν πατάτες φουρνου μου έφεραν επίτηδες με ρύζι και όταν τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και τους είπα γιατί δεν με ενημερώσατε μου απάντησαν ότι δεν είχαν τον αριθμό μου (ψεμμα διότι με κάλεσαν για να μου πούνε ότι δεν έχουν κανελονια) και ειρωνεία στο τηλέφωνο. Πρώτη και τελευταία φορά από αυτούς.
While I had ordered from efood for cannelloni and a portion of baked potatoes, they called me to tell me that they did not have cannelloni so I ordered chicken burger and baked potatoes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγωδία, χυλοπίτες με κοτόπουλο πλημμυρισμένο στους κύβους maggi. Αγελαστη αμίλητη η κυρία στο μπιυφε. Γιατί ρε παιδιά δεν πληρώνουμε, τι μούτρα είναι αυτα;; τα φαγητά δεν τα δοκιμάζει κάποιος;;;
