Hotel Galini - Theagenous 1

Not good service at all ... There was no one at the front desk except for the arrivals. There were only 3 parking spaces and it was specifically 3 cars throughout our stay (we asked for parking but they avoided answering us). The room was small, there was no room for 2 suitcases. However, the cleanliness was very good and the lady who cleans is very polite !!!!!!

It was the worst hotel experience we had in our lives. Such a sullen person cannot be brought together in particular. I didn't know where to start but if I could stop the friends who read it before I left. Firstly; be careful of their own bank cut the 25% commission, even though I paid the deposit fully asked us again. Be careful not to rob you like that. When we arrived the second day we left the door of our room open. When we returned from the sea, we went into shock with this view. The waters in the room were cut off for the last two days, and when we asked, they said yes, they didn't even bother to warn us. They gave us two separate beds although we reserved a single big bed for two people and they said no room without even apologizing. While taking breakfast, the sullen receptionist waits on your hill and looks at what you have received one by one, I have never experienced such an uncomfortable moment in my life. And they get you to get the table. The place they call parking is a lie, the rooms have nothing to do with the photos, two people have zero chance to move in the room, two people can not sit on the floor called the balcony. I've never seen a disgusting Turks who are so uncomfortable and turnover with our money. Don't be fooled by the location as you look at the map and all the noise of the side of the hotel and the sound of garbage trucks in your room. There are hundreds of hotels in the two streets ahead of you, try them, do not poison your holiday.

We were fooled into your position, we made the mistake of our lives. The waters are cut, the beds are single instead of double, and it is impossible for two adults to fit in the rooms. For days we were able to walk in the room, jumping over the suitcase. Not to mention the five-faced hotel staff. Imagine having two sullen officers sitting at the table watching you while you're having breakfast. Disgraceful of all kinds.

A hotel I will never recommend. The rooms have nothing to do with the photos. In addition, the continuous cut off of water, after cleaning the door of the room to remain open and 4 nights we stayed in this hotel during breakfast at the reception of the grumpy hotel owner waiting for people every morning was very disturbing. There were other Turks like us in the hotel and their attitude towards the Turks was very bad.

Very nice room although a little small. Clean, centrally located. The mattress on the bed quite good.
