Anybody could just walk in and subdue the guy at the reception and get access to all rooms. Think twice before you book. This hotel also has thier own ridiculous and absurd measures for Covid19.

The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the view from the balcony was spectacular -- I enjoyed lounging out there with a drink, looking at the sea. I was only here for a day, but it was one memorable day.

We stayed here for a week when traveling on our motorcycle around Greece and the Agean islands we picked it of the internet when we were on the ferry from Ancona Italy to Patras Greece and what a find. We had never even heard of Itea before and just happened to see some photos of it when researching for places to stay on our way to Athens and Piraeus. We picked the Galini hotel as it looked very nice and was right in the middle of the main Street of Itea right across from the main harbour. This hotel is very clean bright and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We parked our motorbike right outside the hotel on the other side of the road which was fine. The rooms are lovely with balcony's and sea views and the breakfast dining is on the roof terrace which has great views over Itea and the coast. The weather was 28-34 the week we were there in September it was just great. We will definitely stay here again when in Greece touring there are loads of resturants and places to eat,drink and relax plus shops etc.

I have been to many hotels worldwide and this was the only hotel that requires you to leave the key at the reception. We didn’t do that and i would recommend everyone to do the same. At checkout the owner ran to our room to check if the remotes where still there. He probably also checked every towel and also the toilet paper. He even checked the remotes with an UV light (?). I have never seen anything like this and i still don’t get the point. Embarrassing and stingy behavior.
Y	Yoel S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were traveling on a budget, and Galini was the cheapest place we could find on a short notice. We got a room with 3 beds for 60 euros - but that was pretty much it. Just a room filled with those beds, and a semi-functioning shower/toilets. All this for checking in at 22:30 PM, and checking out at 11:00 AM, so practically just sleeping. They may have other, better rooms. But for a small budget, last minute alternative, we think you can find better.
R	Randy Olson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with a great location and view of the pier. The inclusive breakfast buffet was a nice addition. I found the shower to be rather small but functional, and the walls in our room were rather thin so we were able to hear the TV and other noises made by our neighbors. All in all, we had a fine 1-night stay here.
