Σ	ΣΤΕΛΛΙΟΣ ΨΙΛΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο αλλά το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καλή θέρμανση με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε να ανάψουμε το τζάκι νωρίτερα χρεώνοντας μας μάλιστα το καλάθι με τα ξύλα ( που είχε μέσα 6) 5 ευρώ για τα οποία ζητήσαμε απόδειξη και δεν τη λάβαμε.Τη νύχτα το καλοριφέρ έκλεισε τελείως με αποτέλεσμα να κρυώνουμε , ενώ ήξεραν ότι είχαμε και μωρό! Το ψυγείο δεν είχε ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν άξιζε 95 ευρώ τη βραδιά που δώσαμε! The hotel was very clean and tidy but the room did not have good heating so we had to light the fireplace earlier charging the wooden basket (which had 6) 5 euros for which we asked for a receipt and did not receive it. At night the radiator turned off completely, as a result of which we got cold, while they knew that we also had a baby! The refrigerator did not have a single bottle of water. In no case was it worth 95 euros the night we gave!
Ε	Ευμορφία Παπαδήμα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχη η οικοδέσποινα του ξενοδοχείου.. ιδανική τοποθεσία για μέρες χαλάρωσης... Ηρεμια, γαλήνη, οξυγόνο.. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια , το τζάκι καθημερινά με ξύλα.. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικο και καθημερινά διαφορετικο ,και όλα χειροποίητα.. μπράβο ... Συνεχίστε έτσι!!!! Wonderful the hostess of the hotel .. ideal location for days of relaxation ... Calm, serenity, oxygen .. Very clean rooms, the fireplace every day with wood .. Breakfast was excellent and different every day, and all handmade .. well done ... Keep it up !!!!
a	avgoustinos k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δωματιο ηταν πεντακαθαρο, περα απο αυτο ομως ΠΑΓΩΣΑΜΕ!!!! ΔΕ ΤΟ ΠΡΟΤΕΙΝΩ ΜΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ ΓΙΑ ΧΕΙΜΩΝΑ! Το δωματιο ειχε ενα σωμα μικρο το οποιο δεν εφτανε ουτε για ζητω!! Οταν δε, ειπαμε στην ιδιοκτητρια οτι παγωνουμε και εχουμε και μωρο παιδι, μας απαντησε οτι "ετσι ειναι τα δωματια με τζακι...εχουν απωλειες" Το καλαθι με 5-6 ξυλα για το τζακι χρεωνεται εξτρα 5€. Αποδειξη για τα εξτρα ξυλα που καψαμε, αν και ζητησαμε, δε πηραμε. Απλα δε θα το προτεινα αν θελετε να περασετε καλα και όχι να εκνευριστειτε και να χαλασετε τη ζαχαρενια σας. Εχει πολλα καλυτερα ξενοδοχεια στην Πορταρια Πηλιου. The room was spotless, but beyond that WE FROZEN !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT WITH ANYTHING FOR WINTER! The room had a small body which was not enough for me to ask for !! When we told the owner that we were cold and we also had a baby, she replied that "this is how the rooms with a fireplace are ... they have losses" The basket with 5-6 sticks for the fireplace is charged extra 5 €. Receipt for the extra wood we burned, although we asked, we did not get. I just would not recommend it if you want to have a good time and not get upset and spoil your sugar. It has many better hotels in Portaria, Pelion.
Γ	Γιάννης Αντωνιάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτιο αξιοπρεπές και καθαρό. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι ήταν παγωμένο! Σε επικοινωνία μάλιστα με τις ιδιοκτήτριες μας είπαν ότι η θέρμανση θα έκλεινε στις 12 το βράδυ και χρειάστηκε να παραπονεθούμε αρκετά ώστε να μας κάνουν την "χάρη" και να αφήσουν αναμμένα τα καλοριφέρ όλο το βράδυ ( τα επόμενα βράδια η θέρμανση έκλεινε στις 12) και να μην παγώσουμε. Το πρώτο βράδυ μάλιστα που είπαμε ότι το δωμάτιο είναι κρύο οι ιδιοκτήτριες θεώρησαν τα παράπονα μας παράλογα λέγοντας μας ότι είμαστε σε βουνό και είναι λογικό να έχει κρύο και ότι αν είναι να αφήνουν την θέρμανση ανοιχτή όλο το βράδυ θα μας χρέωνε πολύ παραπάνω! Επειδή έχουμε μείνει και σε άλλα ορεινά καταλύματα και δεν κρυωναμε ποτέ τόσο πολύ στο δωμάτιο η εμπειρία μας ήταν κακή όσον αφορά τη διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. The room is decent and clean. The big problem was that it was frozen! In fact, in contact with the owners, they told us that the heating would turn off at 12 at night and we had to complain enough to do us the "favor" and leave the radiators on all night (the next nights the heating turned off at 12) and not to freeze. In fact, the first night we said that the room is cold, the owners considered our complaints absurd, telling us that we are in the mountains and it is logical that it is cold and that if they leave the heating open all night they would charge us much more! Because we have stayed in other mountain accommodations and we have never been so cold in the room our experience was bad in terms of staying in this particular hotel.

The little yard we could sit and enjoy our coffee/breakfast was beautiful and filled with flowers, giving a unique but traditional touch to the hotel. The landlady was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was beyond expectations with everyday fresh homecooked options. Definitely would come back again!
