★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is good.. Negative: The apartments aren't clean, the furniture is very old. In the bedroom smell of mold. Тhe water pressure is very low. There is not enough plugs to put the charger or water cattle. The table is rusty and broken chairs in 4B. The view from the 4B is "perfect".
