Didn't stay with them this visit but have in the past, rooms r lovely and spacious. The restaurant is always welcoming and does great food

Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Swimming pool with sun beds. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to bars and restaurants. Hotel also has it's own restaurant.

Absolutely amazing the staff are very friendly and welcoming beautiful place and has the most gorgeous restaurant ever can't wait to get back there

Dear ..., The personel where OK, appitizers OK, but for the main dish i've had the "Beef stragonoff" for a price of 25 euro. So I hoped for a very good dish, maybe perfect dish. The beef was overcooked?... I talked to the waiter about it, but after he talked to the Cook and giving the check afterwards, they said it was my fault, not giving them the info, if i wanted it to be medium-rare. So blamed me, a minor sorry and no discount on my check and a bad feeling leaving that place, I know i will never go there. Side dishes, the waiters and my girlfriends main dish where OK??, but because of my bad experience i'll give it a ZERO.

We stay át the hotel for 1 week. The hotel located on the main road. The evenings and the nights were very loud. The hotel staff was unfriendly. Our room was quite dirty. During our stay there the staff just take the rubbish out. The breakfast was very poor and humdrum.

We have been coming to Alykanas for many years and as we had enjoyed eating in La Caretta restaurant previously, we decided to book the hotel. On arrival, we didn't receive the warm welcome we are used to in this resort, we were pointed to the direction of our room, with no offer of help with our luggage. There was no key for the safety deposit box in our room, so we went back down to "reception". Michaela told us that the key was missing but she would sort this later today or tomorrow, this never happened, in fact she didn't speak to us again throughout our 2 week stay! Lol. The positives are: it's in a great central location, the bed was comfortable and the daily housekeeping, by the friendly Cleaners was good. The room was a good size and shower was effective. The other things that let this accomodation down for us were the really disrespectful, noisy other guests. La caretta also offers cars/bikes/quads hire, however, we weren't expecting them to be frequently driven by the side of the (nice) pool to be cleaned, not very relaxing or private! We have stayed in some beautiful places in this resort, but this was a bit of a let down.

We only ate at the restaurant and didn't stay at the hotel. The food was very nice only let down by the hard sell on the pavement outside. Reasonable price and service. The restaurant was busy and obviously testimony to the good quality food.

The room was clean and was the same like in the photo! Mihaela and her husband was so kind to us always! The beach is like 5-10 min by walking! We ate 2 times in the restaurant and both time was great! Highly recommended! :)
