★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάποια μέρη τα βαθμολογείς με ψυχρά κριτήρια και κάποια μέρη τα βαθμολογείς με την καρδιά και τα αισθήματα. Όταν οι άνθρωποι σε υποδέχονται με ένα δικό τους τσίπουρο, όταν το ψωμί είναι ζυμωμένο από τους ίδιους, η σαλάτα από τα λαχανικά του πίσω κήπου, τα αυγά από το κοτέτσι, τα κρέατα δικά τους, το κρασί από το βαρέλι, η κατσικίσια φέτα από βοσκό από τα Άγραφα, όπως και το βούτυρο... τότε βάλτε εσείς βαθμολογία... Ο ξενώνας ακριβώς από πάνω ζεστός, υπέροχος και φιλόξενος όπως όλα εδώ. Και για όλα αυτά φροντίζουν τα 3 αδέλφια και οι οικογένειές τους με αυτό το γνήσιο ειλικρινές χαμόγελο των βουνίσιων και με μια χειραψία όλο αγάπη....
Some places you rate with cold criteria and some places you rate with your heart and feelings. When people greet you with a tsipouro of their own, when the bread is fermented by themselves, the salad from the vegetables of the back garden, the eggs from the coop, their own meat, the wine from the barrel, the goat feta from shepherd from Agrafa, like the butter ... then you put a rating ... The hostel just above is warm, wonderful and welcoming like everything here. And all these are taken care of by the 3 brothers and their families with this genuine sincere smile of the mountaineers and with a handshake full of love ....
