β β β β β Very poor mike and his horrible wife didn't make us welcome, the rooms need updating, the sliding door that separated the kitchenette to the bedroom actually when sliding it came right off the rails and fell on my sisters head! When we told mike he thought it was funny! Not only did they make us feel depressed when telling us how hard it now for them now, having to pay taxes, they overcharged us one more then one occasion. That was my experience and will not be going there ever again.

β β β β β Small family run business. Rooms recently refurbished but bathrooms still need a bit of attention. Only 20 rooms so you meet and talk to other residents which we liked. Owners are brilliant. Very friendly and can't do enough for you. Not expensive and will definitely go back.

β β β β β Makis & Katerina are the hosts. They welcome you with a smile and are very friendly.
The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Has its own pool and plenty of sun beds.
Location is great, just a few minutes walk to beach or to centre of Malaitika. Would return to this hotel if given the chance.

β β β β β A very warm welcome from Makis and Katerina, all rooms overlooking the pool, a short walk to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and a fabulous Elvis act at the local cocktail bar.
It was early in the season (mid May) and not everything was ready/open but we had a great time.

β β β β β Booked through Thomas Cook, we expected more. It's simple, rooms not highly equipped, beds are a bit hard, no choice of breakfasts, just toast!
The owners are nice, they do try and help. Internet connection is lousy unless you're in the bar.
Overall, it's fine, the best part is the nice choice of restaurants near by, but don't expect much from the hotel comforts.

β β β β β Please stay away from this hole
1. Aggressive male owner shouts at single women
2. Forget about sleeping throughout your holiday. There are wild pool parties every night until 3-4am
3. Rooms aren't cleaned, the best you can expect is a wipe of floor once a week. No toilet paper. Shower is constantly blocked and bathroom reminds swimming pool.
4. Rubbish is not removed, if you leave it outside of your room it will stay there for several days at 40C heat.
5. Kitchen is filthy, absolutely no utensils or dishes.
6. Old furniture stinks like retirement properties.
7. There are bedbugs and you can clearly see signs on pillows and mattresses. Beds and bedding are revolting.
8. Owners will try to involve you into parties by all possible means to get as much $$$$ from you through alcohol.
9. Most of pool sunbed are broken
10. You will be treated like sh* if you avoid spending money with them.
11. Beach is tiny and you will smell other people feet.
Choose something better even if you struggle with budget, don't let this place to ruin your well deserved holiday.

β β β β β Clean rooms, friendly owners , great location and the comfiest beds weβve had, and weβve been to Greece for 15 years.
Downside are the new fridges are drink ones, and not the usual fridges we have in self catering as they refurbished the rooms to make it bed and breakfast.
We are used to freezing ice cubes and having a larger fridge so it was a big pain for us. Having said that, I expect the owners would have provided some ice if asked.

β β β β β It's very good for the price by Corfu standards if you don't mind sleeping with earplugs:
- Location: excellent, near the beach and main street with all the restaurants, and bars
- Facilities: garden and pool area are sparkling clean and very pretty, not too loud music on the terrace all day long (outstanding sound quality by the way), bar open all day and late night with good cocktails and cheap prices, service is very good
- Bedroom: looks pretty, recently renovated, but very noisy. No sound insulation, you can hear every step of the neighbour upstairs. Also the water pipes and faucets are old and worn, which gives a loud buzz in the wall when someone is taking a shower or flushing the toilet in other rooms nearby. Also the apartment doors are very thin (designed for indoors), you can hear all the noise from the back street (dogs barking, scooters) and from the corridor. Small fridge is extremely loud. Beds are new, with a thick and comfortable matress. There is a mid sized terrace with each room looking at the pool with floor to ceiling windows.
- Cleanliness: bedroom is ok, but bathroom is not porperly cleaned (except the toilet), there were dust and hair pieces in the corners
- Bathroom: looks very old, it has a very small window with limited ventillation (unless you open the room windows as well). Sliding door which is hard and loud to open/close. There was warm water all the time, though.
- Service: very kind and attentive
