Hotel Mimosa - Hotel Mimosa

Ok for price, rear pool area needs some TLC. Broken/uneven slabs, weeds around the pool drain, alot of sunbeds broken, general area tired. Front pool ok, bit more tidy and fresh. Rooms basic but nice, a bit dirty, cleaning a bit hit and miss. Staff polite and helpfull. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Hotel has been fantastic, there has been plenty food on offer at dinner time. Staff are more than helpful. The rooms are nice and come with fridges and safes. Only down side is that I thought the cleaners only replaced our towels and not the bedding, they made the bed but I doubt they changed it. This hotel is in walking distance of all the attractions and the strip, great bars and restaurants about.

Rooms small and not the cleanest especially considering current issues. Bathroom looks like it took up the budget when furnishing the room. Pool areas clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful

Hotel it's in great location in centre and near by beach. Also is a small pool (but I didn't see cleaning pool for seven days so I don't know how it's appropriate..). Rooms are okay size but nothing special ans value for money. They need to update rooms because they are old. Reception has two ladies and they are awesome, but there's the end. I can't say that room are clean because they aren't. Cleaning lady only clange towels and bags from bin.. That's it. Nothing else. It's nasty.. Mirror in bathroom and room are so dirty that you can't see yourself (definitely in bedroom).. Big dissapointment. And mosquitos, omg.. All night. Needed to get a mosquiot net! About breakfast.. Okay if you're from England but otherwise not okay. Everyday the same, english breakfast. No fruits, vegetables.. Nothing! Crazy.. What can other guests eat? Nothing.. For me that's not breakfast. We're not all english. And there you can't take a coffee or juice yourself.. Because they have a man serving it. Crazy.. Maybe they need changing name of the hotel into english hotel. It's not okay that's all about english.. No.. Not okay.. Deposite box is in room but you need to pay it. Also for any additional hour from your check out is charging.. I was lucky that I wasn't charging climate air, but one other guest needed to pay.. I don't understand that.. For me it's a no for this hotel.. Breakfast and cleaning.. Not okay. Definitely. Just location and receptionits are on point.

Hotel its not clean, breakfast its every day same and low quality. They look only for English guests and this english brekfast its for nothing..beans for breakfast, for other guests nothing. Its not clean hotel because in seven days tha clean room maybe once and only change bags from bin every day. Person who work on reception all are ok but if you whant to make 2 hours late check out you need to pay extra 20eur, also deposit box its for pay 20eur.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great location, lovely food

Absolutely abysmal - Left after one night! Completely unacceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene. Broken light upon arrival, door wouldn’t lock properly as well as dirty tiny room with dead bugs and unclean switches and floors. Didn’t expect too much but disgusting place to be frank. Light was fixed after we complained but then found hairs in the room and they didn’t clean or replace towels. Door lock was fixed after we said we wanted to leave! Shower leaked onto bathroom floor then into room. Generally unclean and felt disgusting, not comfortable at all. Appreciate there’s different levels of expectancy but basic level of cleanliness not even met. Reception staff and manager seemed nice and wanted to resolve, but reluctant to come and see & appreciate issues. General feeling that they didn’t care. Though did agree a refund and we left. Breakfast fit for a prison. English breakfast but not well done at all, cheap, no alternative continental or healthy options, terrible, watered-down tasting juice! Location is ok but opposite very noisy karaoke bar that runs very late and pool areas and loungers didn’t really feel worth using after the initial experience we had. Much better hotels for the same money out there, we moved on and feel so much better for it, at less money! Avoid.
