★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean hotel. Desk clerk when we checked in was fantastic and helpful. Bed extremely comfortable and room had air-conditioning. Breakfast was nice, tho being British, the continental buffet was a little unusual to us! Parking limited, but area was great and convenient for our needs. Would stay again if in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day time administration was very rude and unfriendly. Absolutely no any kinda information about breakfast or other things. I didn't feel like I'm welcome there. In my room wasn't even a glass for water, no information about hotel...the other, the evening administrator was okay person. Probably I never going back there. But location is good and hotel was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are smaller than what is shown ( no surprise there). Our room was not as clean as the reviews claim (could just be a fluke). Unrelated to the hotel, nearby beach is over crowded, practically sitting on each other. There is a charge of 5 Euros per person for lounger regardless if you order food or not. ( never seen that before and I've been coming to Greece every year for the last 6 years. Overall not impressed with splash Beach bar. staff and owners rude as they make them. Hotel is average but I'm general well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was clean and nice. Parking and simple breakfast included. Located just out of the craziness of the city. Great if you're planning on driving around the greater Athens area. Close to the port for ferries to the islands. Across the road for a paid beach (8 euro) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stopped for the first time and was terribly upset by the noise! tired after the road! From 20:30 and for half an hour they have been rehearsing on the drums! this is not over yet, they are still making noise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a good location but the room is very old and the bathroom is a bit dirty as well the closet.
The breakfast is the same for every day and it's very poor..
Hope not to repeat this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a standard twin room with breakfast for about €45 a night. The rooms were ok and came with AC and a minifridge, but lacked a kettle, the beds are also adequate. The included breakfast was also satisfactory.
However, the staff were exceptional and did their absolute best to accommodate us, so you always have someone to help you.
The location is also very good as it is situated right next to some of the best beaches in Athens. It is also exceptionally well connected with bus routes direct to the airport and athens city centre, in addition to a tram stop.
Tldr; very value for money with top tier location.
