C	Christos axioypolis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο σαν χώρος. Είχε σκουπίδια από προηγουμενους πελάτες ενοικιαστές. Δεν είχε καν κουρτίνα μπάνιου όπως επίσης δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι χεριών. Είχε σκόνη παντου. Η υπεύθυνη δεν μιλάει ελληνικά ούτε αγγλικά καμία συνεννόηση. Η απόδειξη δεν είναι θεωρημένη από την εφορία. Και κερασάκι στην τούρτα ο κλιματισμός χρεώνεται 5 ευρώ την ημέρα. Sredjeno je samo par soba i te sobe su slikane i izbacene na sajt (te sobe nam pokazuju u agenciji prilikom rezervacije). Neophodno je renoviranje kao i bolje odrzavanje svih soba! First of all, I emphasize that this is NOT a Hotel but a regular house, with an old, split device that can endanger security! Only a couple of rooms were booked and these rooms were painted and ejected to the site (these rooms show us in the booking agency). It is necessary to renovate as well as better maintenance of all rooms!
А	Андрей Коновалов on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Номер на 4 для троих не тесный приборы и тарелки есть небыло только ножа для резки пришлось купить в эвромаркете за 1 евро. Есть кондиционер но пульт за деньги - это минус. Есть Эл. Чайник Эл. Плита на балконе. Одно плохо - в номере нет веника и швабры чтоб пол содержать в чистоте. Стоит веник в коридоре общем на этаже но им метут все и везде он грязный. Придется купить губку для мытья посуды. Есть средний холодильник. Сейфа нет. Полотенце и постельное белье не меняли за 12 дней ни разу но это в принципе и не нужно так как море и постоянный душ делают свое дело. Море тут Эгейское чистое и очень соленое. The sea here is Aegean clean and very salty.

A	Aleksandar Djordjevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good place, there is bad pressure of water and sometimes water barely reach top floor, when someone else use shower with hot water, top floor don't have any hot water. There are a lot of birds, and our apartment was not cleaned so we had bird poop all over our chairs and table on terrace. Also terrace don't have awning so its sun most of the day. Air condition was rusty and not working. Mini stove was also rusty and it takes 30 min to heat up water for coffee. In my stay we had only 3 days with internet.
S	Stefan Marjanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Villa for vacation. Very close to the beach, only a 2 minutes walk, and just a block away from the main pedestrian street. Also, there is a convenience store 2 minutes away. Fantastic location! Rooms are a bit older and should be renovated soon, but, overall, great value for money. Price per night per person is about ten euros.
