★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel , located in a quiet neighborhood , near all main roads , pretty close to Athens center . Very clean rooms with a/c , tv , refrigerator.. Nice people , especially Giannis at the reception .Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay for a few days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mainly use Hotel Platon as an airport hotel - it is good value and provides easy access to Athens International Airport (which is about 30 km far) either by car or by suburban railway. Metamorfosi center, which is within walking distance, is also nice. The hotel is a bit old fashioned, but clean and adequate for an one night stay.

The hotel is clean, furnishing a bit outdated
They provide WiFi that is steady and reasonably fast.

Near the center of metamorfosi with access to bakeries, taverna's, fast food, coffee, etc.
Cons.
Outdated aesthetically in terms of curtains, furniture.
The breakfast is OK. I skipped it.
The Lobby is dark and unfiendlyntonsit in.
