I have never met such miserable staff. Not one smile in 3 days. Everything was such an effort. The water is salty so showering is not as refreshing as expected. Then there's the hygiene, or lack thereof. After what they hilariously called "breakfast" the cleaner swept up all the spilt cereal, bare hands, & put it back in the container. Then when "cleaning" the tables she spat in the ashtray, wiped it out then proceeded to wipe the tables with the same filthy rag. Put it down to experience & something to laugh about later.

I wish I could give a-1 star review because it doesn’t even deserve a 1! ❌PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE❌ Firstly we were conned into staying here by some crazy lady, as we were already frazzled after having our accomodation cancelled at the last minute my partner said yes! The room itself isn’t bad, the decor looks like someone was on a server acid trip when they painted it. From the very start stuff seemed very dodgy, so firstly we had to pay cash , we got a free taxi ride (this does not ever happen in Greece)! Where verything went hovrribly wrong was, we had quickly ducked back so I could go to the toilet before catching the bus that was running late, so off I hurried when I came back my partner waswaiting in the pool area I said is the bus here yet and he replied no, little did I know one of the staff was behind the closed bar- I’m assuming she overheard that we would be gone for the day - anyway we went and caught up with family at the other end of Santorini and we were gone for a good 5 hours. Upon returning we had new towels dropped in our room, but the old ones weren’t taken ? and they were sitting just inside the door, didn’t really think that much of it until later! I had Adam nap, my partner woke me up to go get dinner so I went into my bag looking for my jeans and they were no where to be found, the. I oulled everything out and more stuff was missing. In total$300 worth of my stuff was missing out of my zipped up bag and my packed toiletries bag! As we had to stay another night my partner didn’t want me to confront them so I would leave it to the morning when we checked out of this hell hole. So upon checking out I wanted to talk to someone about it, do you think for the life of me I could find anyone in the whole complex— NO! ? Any way a week later we had to catch a ferry back to the main island and low and behold the crazy lady was down there trying to scam some other tourists with my bloody clothes on- I was beyond angry and wanted to set her on fire. Because obviously people that travel don’t work for what the have and the luxuries they decide to have in life. ? please do yourself a favour and do not stay here!

I booked a week here last summer. We arrived and it seemed nice, the room was small but acceptable for the price, it had a nice outside area and a mini kitchen. As we’d just arrived we decided to order salad at the bar, it took over half an hour to arrive, turns out it was takeaway in little tin bowls. And so was overpriced. The staff were very friendly, and gave us free cookies, cake and orange juice on some days, However the food and drink for sale were extremely overpriced. The bathroom was not nice either. You also have to pay €50 extra for air con, which is an absolute necessity unless you want to live in a sauna. The shower was saltwater (understandable, as water is all shipped to the island) but it overflowed into the bathroom every time. The main problem I found was the issue regarding my clothes... disappearing. The first day I accidentally left my sunglasses on a table. There were no people around apart from staff and I noticed quite soon so went to retreive them. However they had disappeared. I thought nothing of it (although I was quite upset as they were new). But as The week progressed more and more items went missing, my flip flops were by the side of the pool (while my mum was There) and mysteriously vanished, again with no one there but the staff. My mother’s shoes also went missing a few days later. I don’t knoe what happened, whether it was just an odd coincidence or something was going on. But overall it was a nice place and the staff were welcoming, the room was clean and it was a short walk to the local shop and bus stop, and a slightly longer walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a budget holiday, it’s a nice place, just make sure to keep your belongings with you...

We arrived at the place after an expensive cab ride arranged for us by the hotel. We waited 20 minutes for the cad even tho it was booked in advance the day before (via zorzos travel). When we arrived to the room we were shocked by the decor. There was a small kitchen with no cooking equipment, but we were able to receive some from the bar. The water was VERY salty and gave me a rash. The beds were not comfortable at all. We received a room with a balcony, which had no air reaching it even tho there were barely guests in the hotel we did not get offered any better room and could barely use the small balcony. The location of the hotel is not great, a walking distance from the beach and a few restaurants but overall very secluded. We took an excursion that was offered to us by the lady in the reception. She took a 5€ commission on top of the price 35€ per person which did not include a meal nor the entrance to the volcano (another 2.5€ each). She did not give us any relevant information regarding the actual trip (which was nice but wasn’t what we expected). Would not recommend staying here unless there is no other option (and there are many other options this is a tourist island so do not stay here!)

Worst experience ever! We booked this "apartment". When we arrived at the hotel the bored and unfriendly guy at the reception said that there's no reservation for us. After calling the manager, he gave us two little rooms we paid for. The rooms were'nt clean at all. We had no kitchen. In the evening we found a lot of cockkroaches in the room. It was dirty and the towels were full of yellow stains and there was only salty water for washing. The service was inferior and the crazy woman from the bar was pushy. She almost forced us to take her shuttle service to the port and didn't accept any no's. We agreed her offer to take us to the port. On the day we were leaving, we waited for her and when she came, she told us to take a taxi because she has to take other guests to the port. This was the worst place we ever stayed!

We arrived at the port of Santorini and searched for a room. A woman from the Sea Side Pirovolos tries to fool us, because she wanted to rent the room very expensive. After a short discussion we agreed on a price and the woman drove us to the room. During the run the woman gets more and more horrible and crazy, only to earn money. She offered us water ("only 5€"), volcano tickets, an ATV, pizza for too high prices. Furthermore she nearly forced us to give her a tip. We told her that we don't need these offers and are happy without them, but she didn't stop, she didn't stop all the 6 days we stayed at this place. One positive comment: Only the cleaning crew was friendly! All together: Not to recommend!

This place is not the place you want to spend your holiday. The staff are lackadaisical at best, nothing works, the rooms leak, they don't have screens so biting bugs get in and generally it's located no where near anything else. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY I expect to go to the hotel I originally paid to stay at and not to have my intelligence insulted by hoping I won't notice I'm put somewhere totally different. Whether you are doing your best to improve the accommodation I stayed in is of no interest to me as I never booked to stay there. I expect to stay in the accommodation I book and not spend half of my stay trying to resolve problems, whatever amount I pay. I was not expecting 5* service by any means and it's a cop out to assume that this is an appropriate response simply because you are not charging a lot of money. You did not deliver what was advertised or even inform me about it. I reported everything to reception once I was able to actually get hold of someone and then spent half of my short stay in Santorini trying to resolve things. So there you have it folks, if you want to stay with someone who tells his guests to 'grow up' and imply that they reserve the right to give you whatever quality of accommodation they like because it's cheap, then this is the place for you...assuming you actually get put at the place you choose, unlike me. My advice, look elsewhere. All our other accommodation was top notch.

We needed a place to change and rest before going to a midnight flight. I had made a reservation for a double bed room and instead we got a room with 4 twin beds. My biggest issue however was the shower water: it was salty!?!?!?! To be fair the room was ok, clean, with AC and good amenities. The staff was nice and although there was no one at front desk during the night, they provided a number to keep communication.
