Δεν ηξερα να βγαλω φωτο απ το κρεβατι η το ψυγειο...για να μην μπορειτε να πειτε αυτα που κακως λετε. Να μαθετε να δεχεστε κριτικη. Ευχαριστουμε για το οσο κατσαμε ολοι μας παρο ολο αυτα. Nice accommodation with good service, good breakfast, in a beautiful place with nice hotels after the lake Tsivlou .... and continuing a nice route for the ski resort.

Πήγαμε γκρουπ για καφέ μιας και δεν έχει πολλές επιλογές για καφέ το χωριό ! παραγγείλαμε καφέ και δεν ήρθε καν ο καφές αναμονή τουλάχιστον 40 λεπτά ! Και όσοι τελικά πρόλαβαν να πάρουν παρακαλούσαν για να πληρώσουν μιας και έφευγε το πούλμαν και δεν ερχόντουσαν να πληρωθούν ! Η κοπέλα η οποία σέρβιρε της φώναζαν να πληρώσουν και δεν ερχόταν ! Κάποιος κύριος μας ζήτησε συγγνώμη δεν ξέρω αν είναι το αφεντικό αλλά ήταν ευγενεσταστος ! Καλό θα ήταν όμως να είχε παραπάνω ένα δύο άτομα τα Σαββατοκύριακα μιας και όσοι επισκέπτονται την λίμνη σίγουρα θα πάνε στην Ζαρούχλα για φαγητό και καφέ ! Σαν ξενοδοχείο και σαν χώρος καθαρός και πολύ όμορφος ! Unfortunately we did not have a good time! I emphasize not for accommodation! We went in groups for coffee since the village does not have many options for coffee! we ordered coffee and the coffee did not even come waiting at least 40 minutes! And those who finally managed to get it begged to pay since the bus left and they did not come to get paid! The girl who served her was shouted to pay and did not come! A gentleman apologized to us I do not know if he is the boss but he was polite! However, it would be good to have more than one or two people on the weekends since those who visit the lake will definitely go to Zarouchla for food and coffee! As a hotel and as a place clean and very beautiful!

The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hosts are gracious and welcoming. Zarouchla is a quaint village in the heart of the Helmos mountains on the Peloponnese. There are tons of fun activities in the area great for people of all ages.

When I tried to call at the property and the rude front desk agent keeps on telling me she can't hear me even though she's answering me when I asked her. You need to train your staffs more to be more accommodating to the guests, specially guests are the reasons why they have job!! Or if they don't want to accommodate guests, maybe they'd need to find different job that is more suited for their attitude!!
