Πάρε μια μπεπανθολ και θα φύγουν. Τα σημάδια τα είχα για μήνες. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!! Ούτε μια συγνώμη I went for a laser last early February. They burned me! I had burns on my legs and face. When I went and showed them, their answer was: it's nothing! Take a bipanthol and they will leave. I had the marks for months. UNACCEPTABLE !! Not an apology
E	Eva Asim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλές τιμές δε λέω. Πήγαινα καιρό εκεί, σταμάτησα για λίγα χρόνια και μετά ξαναπήγα. Οπότε ξέροντας πολύ καλά το σώμα μου (και τις τρίχες μου) το παρακάτω το βρήκα απαράδεκτο. Πηγα το καλοκαίρι για λέιζερ λίγο μαυρισμένη (ειμαι τέρμα λευκή οποτε το δικό μου "μαυρισμένο" είναι πιο ανοιχτοχρωμο από το χρώμα της μέσης Ελληνίδας τον χειμώνα) και μου είπαν ότι αν κάνω λέιζερ θα είναι σε χαμηλότερη ένταση και πάλι με δικιά μου ευθύνη γιατί μπορεί να καώ. Εκτιμώ αυτή την προειδοποίηση και το δέχτηκα. Αυτό που δε δέχομαι όμως είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καμία προειδοποίηση για αυτό που τελικά έγινε. Ακριβώς επειδή ήταν πολύ χαμηλή η ένταση, ήταν σαν να ξυριστηκα! Οχι μόνο δεν έφτασε μέχρι τη ρίζα της τρίχας, αλλά έβγαλα ακόμα περισσότερες καθώς μου ενεργοποίησε χνούδι! Τόση τρίχα δεν είχα ούτε το διάστημα που σταμάτησα να πηγαίνω(κι όχι στα χέρια ειδικά δεν έκανα άλλο τρόπο αποτρίχωσης καθώς δεν με ενοχλούσαν οι ελάχιστες που είχαν μείνει). Επίσης όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο μήπως γίνει κάτι για αυτό και συνεχίσω να πηγαίνω εκεί, απλα επέμεναν ότι δε φταίνε αυτοι για αυτό που συνέβη. Με περιττή αγένεια μαλιστα που δεν τους τιμάει καθόλου. Λογικό αφού δε μπορώ να το αποδείξω, ενώ αν καιγομουν θα μπορούσα, γι'αυτό προειδοποίηση υπάρχει μόνο για αυτό. Εχασα 85€ για τα σημεία που έκανα λέιζερ, για να μου δώσουν παραπάνω τρίχες. Ευχαριστώ! I do not say very good prices. I went there for a long time, stopped for a few years and then went again. So knowing very well my body (and my hair) the following I found unacceptable. I went for a laser in the summer a little tanned (I am completely white so my "tanned" is lighter than the color of the average Greek woman in winter) and I was told that if I do a laser it will be at a lower intensity again at my own risk because it can to be burnt. I appreciate this warning and I accepted it. What I do not accept, however, is that there was no warning of what finally happened. Just because the volume was too low, it was like I was shaving! Not only did it not reach the root of the hair, but I pulled out even more as it activated my fluff! I did not have that much hair even when I stopped going (and not in my hands, especially I did not do any other way of hair removal as I was not bothered by the few that were left). Also when I got a call lest something happen and I keep going there, they just insisted that it was not their fault for what happened. With unnecessary rudeness in fact that does not honor them at all. Reasonable since I can not prove it, while if I was burning I could, so there is a warning only for this. I lost 85 € for the points I did laser, to give me more hair. Thanks!
