Όσους μήνες τώρα μιλάμε μαζί τους μας λένε το ίδιο. Γίνεται αναβάθμιση του συστήματος κ δεν έχουν εκδοθεί λογαριασμοί για κανέναν. Εδώ κ τέσσερις μήνες σχεδόν γίνεται αναβάθμιση . Κ δεν γνωρίζει κανείς από ολόκληρη Ήρων πότε θα τελειώσει η αυτή η ριμάδα η αναβάθμιση . Έχει παραλύσει δλδ ολόκληρη Ήρων κ δεν γνωρίζει κανείς τπτ. Το κατάστημα στην Λάρισα επίσης ότι χειρότερο από θέμα συμπεριφοράς κ χειρισμού του προβλήματος. Για το οποίο πρόβλημα βέβαια ο πελάτης δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη κ ούτε ενημερώθηκε πότε. Πραγματικά αλλάξτε εταιρία οσοι είστε στην Ήρων . Είναι οι χειριστοι όλων. That most unacceptable for a company. Σου στέλνουν πλασματικούς λογαριασμούς χωρίς να έχεις καταναλώσει ή αλλιώς σου ζητάνε να μετρήσεις μόνος σου τις κιλοβατώρες σου. Ότι να ναι. Επιπλέον η καταμέτρηση όπως αναφέρεται στο σχόλιο σας έγινε από ΕΜΑΣ ΚΙ ΌΧΙ ΑΠΌ ΕΣΑΣ... ΚΑΙ ΤΑ 240 ΔΕΝ ΕΊΝΑΙ ΕΚΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΤΙΚΟΣ ΑΛΛΆ ΦΌΡΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΟΣΘΕΤΕΣ ΧΡΕΩΣΕΙΣ... ΚΡΊΜΑ....καμία διαφάνεια στην διαδικασία που ακολουθείτε... Γελάνε και τα ντουβάρια!! Έχω φύγει χθες.... ΥΓ.. εντωμεταξύ για 5μηνες έχω καταναλώσει 87kw! Για 87kw με χρέωσαν 600€....χαχαχαχαχαχα Φύγετε να σωθείτε ΥΓ2: ΜΕΤΑ ΑΠΟ 4 ΜΗΝΕΣ ΤΕΛΙΚΑ ΛΗΘΗΚΕ ΤΟ ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑ ΚΑΙ ΠΛΕΟΝ ΜΕ ΧΡΩΣΤΑΝΕ ΔΕΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΧΡΩΣΤΑΩ... Να θυμάστε να καταχωρητε τους μετρητές σας!!
