★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 10am on 11/08/2021, after several attempts to enter the brach using the door entry system, they were not opening the door. While outside, I called their customer service to check why as the branch was meant to be open. Rung the bell again (for the 4th or 5th time) and only then they let me in. There were 5 ladies at their desks, no customers and yet when I complaint about my suspicion that they were intentionally not opening the door they just mumbled a few words indicating they didn't hear the bell! Utterly disappointing treatment to their customers from a worldwide bank.
