If you do not rent a simple stroller for stairs what to do with them. Unacceptable !!!!

We called the store in question as we were interested in renting a generator. After we were available and we were informed about the price, we asked to make a bank deposit in the company's account for the corresponding amount. However, such a thing was impossible since they informed us that payments are made only in cash (in the years 2021 UNACCEPTABLE). The carpenter who would do the work went paid the amount in cash and received the generator. When he returned it he was asked to pay an additional 20 euros as the amount he paid when he received it was without VAT (he kept it for us as a surprise for this and they did not inform us from the beginning). It goes without saying that the carpenter was surprised as he had not been informed about such a thing from the beginning and the "main" professional (???) of HSS considered it a correct treatment to make fun of him and find him. I'm really sorry that I chose you and gave you my money. Same on you !!!

I am an old customer of theirs. My last rent was an aluminum tower - scaffolding to paint. They made the transfer for me for free, because I am a little older, they set it up and fixed it for me, without having any obligation for something like that. In the end, when I notified about the receipt, they came just before I had time to disassemble it and helped there as well. Painting my house was easy, safe and very cheap. May the children be well.
