Κάναμε πρόσφατα την ανακαίνιση του εξοχικού μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε αφού τα βρήκαμε όλα ετοιμοπαράδοτα και σε καλές τιμές. Friendly staff and great variety for a complete home equipment! We recently renovated our holiday home and we will definitely go again after we found them all ready and at good prices.

Υπήρχε μια παραγγελία για 35m2, κοίτα Pearl κεραμίδι, μου έφεραν 5 πακέτα από ένα άλλο κεραμίδι. Στη συνέχεια προσφέρθηκαν να πληρώσουν 85 ευρώ για αυτά τα 5 πακέτα και λένε ότι θα φέρουν ένα άλλο που χρειάζομαι. Very bad company, I do not advise to buy from them. There was an order for 35m2, look at Pearl tile, they brought me 5 packs from another tile. They then offered to pay 85 euros for these 5 packages and say they will bring another one that I need.
V	Vicky Sp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίμα γιατί ενώ έχουν πάρα πολύ ωραία προιόντα σε καλές τιμές η εξυπηρέτηση και η ανταπόκριση είναι πολύ κακή. Δεν φταίνε οι υπάλληλοι αλλά η πολιτική της εταιρίας. Έχω κάνει 3 αγορές και σε όλες είχα πρόβλημα και έλλειπαν πράγματα από τις συσκευασίες (βίδες, εξαρτήματα κτλ), να είστε πολύ προσεκτικοί και αν γίνεται να ανοίγεται εκεί τις παραγγελίες σας. Too bad because while they have very nice products at good prices the service and response is very poor. It is not the employees' fault but the company's policy. I have made 3 purchases and in all of them I had a problem and things were missing from the packaging (screws, accessories, etc.), be very careful and if it is possible to open your orders there.

Ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ειδικά με όσες κοπέλες μίλησα στο τηλεφωνο! Χρειάστηκε να επαναλάβω την παραγγελία κι εξυπηρετήθηκα την ίδια μέρα! I ordered two garden lounges that I wanted for a beach bar and they responded immediately to the date I wanted! Kind and helpful staff and especially with all the girls I spoke to on the phone! I had to repeat the order and I was served the same day!

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ χρεώνεται η μεταφορά των πλακιδιων κ τα κρατανε μονο 10 μερες στην αποθηκη τους. Εξαιρεση στην εξυπηρετηση των υπαλληλων που φορτωνουν,πολυ καλοι! Large variety of tiles, poor service of employees and especially in the secretariat and at the cash registers. ATTENTION the transport of the tiles is charged and they kept them only 10 days in their warehouse. Exception to the service of the employees who load, very good!

Σκουριασαν και αλλοιώθηκαν .Η εταιρία μας είπε ότι τα χαλάσαμε εμείς με καθαριστικά .κάτι που δεν ισχύει. After a year of installation in a new house that is not inhabited as there is no septic tank yet. They rusted and deteriorated. The company told us that we damaged them with cleaners. Something that does not apply.
