No queues or waiting. Friendly staff that was willing to help. We got our job done in minutes. A clean space. Ideal for service, not so much for buying stuff. I would suggest some music in the place since it is deadly silent unless you're talking with a worker.

It took me 5months to take my phone because it fall and destroyed because it was new, I couldn't find case and listening to music loud, made enough air from speaker to push it. I know my story looks weird but it is true but they took no responsibility and I had to pay. At least they didn't charge me 3 month waiting time fee and they gave me 10%better price in the end. They did a good work fixing it though in a good price.

Maybe I was unlucky, as I see that most of the people are happy with the Service Center. I ll write it in brief: I did call on 17/11 for my damaged screen. A very polite lady suggested me to go for the replacement one week later to get a better price. I went there 24/11 9.00, I was the second customer of the day. A very polite man got my phone filled in a form and told me that the phone would be ready in 2 hours. About 4 hours later they sent me an sms that there was no replacement part to fix my phone and that I would have to wait until the next day. I waited one more day, but next afternoon I still had no sms that the phone was repaired. I got worried and I called them and another lady told me that it MAY be ready that specific day. When I complained to her as the word "MAY" means may be yes, but may be no, she became rude and started shouting. I just said "ok" and I waited for their sms to pick up the phone. THe sms was received at 16.30, but it was a very short notice to leave my office. Therefore, I took the phone the day after... SO, to sum up: Instead of 2 hours, the phone stayed there 2 days. A rude lady answered one out of 2 calls and she did not even care to handle properly the customer's complaint. I totally understand if there is some complications in a repair, but the service provider has to be aware that they have to explain the consumers what is the problem and why there is delay. Moreover, they need to understand that smartphones nowadays are important TOOLS and not just phones. Other than that, prices were good, but I prefer paying a bit more and having a better/reliable delivery time.

I appreciated an alternative solution to the broken face/glass of my cellphone, given to me at the reception, which would save me money. A few days later however when I brought them the cellphone in question for the repairs, I was advised by their technical staff that the (main?) plaquette had also sustained damages, rendering the unit irreparable.
