★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα βάσεις αυτοκινήτου και τελικά δεν μου άρεσαν όπως ήταν και όπως στεκοντουσαν στο ταμπλό μου.
Ζήτησα να αλλάξω τα υπόλοιπα κομμάτια εκτός του ενός που είχα χρησιμοποιήσει για να μου γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Μου απάντησαν απευθείας ναι, δέχτηκαν να τους παραδώσω εγω τα προϊόντα επειδή μένω κοντά, και παρόλο που τους το είπα την επόμενη μέρα οτι θα τα αλλάξω, τους τα πηγα 2 βδομάδες μετά λόγω φόρτου εργασίας μου. Είχαμε άψογη επικοινωνία, μιλούσα στο κινητό ενός κυρίου, δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι ιδιοκτήτης η υπάλληλος πάντως ήταν πολύ ευγενικός.
Μπορει το προϊόν να μην ήταν αυτό που χρειαζόμουν αλλα σίγουρα θα τους ξανα προτιμήσω για την εξυπηρέτηση τους.
I ordered car bases and in the end I did not like the way they were and the way they stood on my dashboard.
I asked to change the other pieces except the one I had used to get my money back.
They answered me directly yes, they agreed to deliver the products to me because I live nearby, and even though I told them the next day that I would change them, I gave them 2 weeks later due to my workload. We had perfect communication, I was talking on a gentleman's cell phone, I do not know if the employee is the owner, however he was very polite.
The product may not have been what I needed but I would definitely prefer them again for their service.
