A	Alex Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ καλός καφές, self service, μέσα στην στοά, όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο σαν μαγαζί, ήσυχο και χωρίς πολύ κόσμο! Very good coffee, self service, inside the gallery, not something special like a shop, quiet and without a lot of people!

Είναι κρίμα που σε αυτή την περίοδο μέσα στο μαγαζί φτιάχνουν καφέδες με τη μάσκα κάτω από το πηγούνι. H κοπέλα εχθές δεν την σήκωσε ούτε κ όταν μπήκα να παραγγείλω, ούτε για να φτιάξει τους καφέδες ούτε για να μου τους δώσει κ να πληρώσω. Επίσης εχθές μια παρέα μεγάλη μαζεμένη ακριβώς έξω από το μαγαζί πίνανε τον καφέ τους χωρίς μάσκες κ μπαινοβγαίνανε στο μαγαζί άνετοι κ μιλούσανε με την κοπέλα. Καθόλου σεβασμός για τον πελάτη που ήρθε με τη μάσκα και μπορεί να φοβάται ή κ να έχει προβλήματα υγείας, απαράδεκτο δεδομένου πως οι μάσκες είναι υποχρεωτικές παντού. Λυπάμαι πολύ γιατί έχουν ωραίο καφέ κ βλέπω πως είναι νέα παιδιά και θα περίμενα να έχουν λίγο μεγαλύτερη αίσθηση της ευθύνης... One star is for the coffee which was quite good. D	Dark Lady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ανακάλυψα τυχαία πριν 1 χρόνο και έπαθα σοκ με την φοβερή ποικιλία εσπρέσο που είχε. Από εκείνη τη φορά, έγινε το αγαπημένο μου Cafe στην Πετρούπολη, αλλά... Όταν πήγαινα από εκεί, ο νεαρός που έφτιαχνε τον καφέ έδειχνε σα να κάνει αγγαρεία. Μετά από μερικούς μήνες το κατάστημα άλλαξε ιδιοκτήτη, ο καφές παρέμενε το ίδιο καλός και το προτιμούσα. 2ο μείον, όταν μπήκα να παραγγείλω μέσω box, ενώ σημείωσα espresso, μου έφεραν freddo espresso. Δεν ήθελα να φέρω σε δύσκολη θέση τον διανομέα και δεν είπα κάτι. Να διαβάζετε τις παραγγελίες καλύτερα. 3ο μείον, το τελευταίο διάστημα όταν πηγαίνω απόγευμα, συνήθως είναι κάποια κοπέλα (κάθε φορά διαφορετική) που είτε δεν ακούει αυτό που της λες (εσπρέσσο μέτριο μαύρη και φέρνει σκέτο και σε έχει ξαναρωτήσει από ζάχαρη πώς να είναι;), είτε πάλι δίνει την εντύπωση ότι βαριέται που ζει και κάνει αγγαρεία. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν χθες το απόγευμα που ζήτησα εσπρέσσο ζεστό όπως πάντα και τον πήρα καμμένο. Ο καφές μύριζε καμμένο και ζεμάταγε. Αν δεν μπορείτε να έχετε εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό σε αυτό που έχετε διαλέξει να κάνετε, θα χάνετε και πελάτες. Έχετε 2 εκπληκτικές ποικιλίες εσπρέσσο και από λάθος χειρισμό της μηχανής ή του νερού ή της εκχύλισης (δεν ξέρω τί από όλα φταίει) το τελικό παρασκεύασμα είναι κάτω του μετρίου. I did not want to embarrass the distributor and I did not say anything. Read the orders better. 3rd minus, the last time I go in the afternoon, it is usually a girl (each time different) who either does not listen to what you say to her (espresso medium black and brings plain and has asked you again from sugar how to be?), Or gives it again impression that he is bored living and doing chores. The highlight was yesterday afternoon when I asked for hot espresso as usual and got it burnt. The coffee smelled hot and boiled. If you can not have trained staff in what you have chosen to do, you will also lose customers. You have 2 amazing varieties of espresso and due to incorrect handling of the machine or water or extraction (I do not know what is wrong with everything) the final preparation is below average.
