★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hospitable and warm place. Excellent meat, fair prices. Surrounded by the nature of mount Penteli and just a 5 minutes walk from the Byzantine monastery of Ntaou. During summer the visitor can enjoy the beautiful yard while during winter one can dine by the fireplace. I keep visiting the place again and again. A choice you will never regret.Also very friendly with children!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect choice for Greek style barbecue with lamb ribs or delicious juicy ewe (must try it!!) and many traditional appetizers or main dishes. The summer yard is cool and perfect for friends groups, with lots of food, cold beers or wine, in what we call the Greek way! Must visit it!!

We travelled to 3 country's this Summer 2021 this was by far the best food, nicest staff and real relaxed lay back atmosphere.
Also very suitable for carnivore or keto diet
All meats were fabulous...
We will 100% be back when visiting Attica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best lamb chops in Attica!! I have tasted good lamb chops in many places but in "Gonia tou Torva" you can live the whole experience! It is a beautiful traditional restaurant in Penteli mountain, outside the city that make you crave for such dishes! I have visited the restaurant two times and will definitely do it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamp and mutton chops at their finest! Goat soup is also very tasteful! You can visit this place either in winter (the inside space of the tavern is quie cosy) on in summer where it's ouside yard is pretty nice and relaxing.
