★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση ιδιαίτερα στον κ. Μανώλη που διέγνωσε ότι το φίλτρο λαδιού δεν ήταν καλά τοποθετημένο με αποτέλεσμα να χάνει λάδι αμελητέα ποσότητα αλλά η διάγνωση διάγνωση!!! Μπράβο
Excellent service especially to Mr. Manolis who diagnosed that the oil filter was not well installed resulting in losing a negligible amount of oil but the diagnosis diagnosis !!! Well done

Το προσωπικό άρτια εκπαιδευμένο στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο, ο χώρος υποδοχής τέλειος από κάθε άποψη και με όλους τους κανόνες ασφαλείας! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταρτισμένο προσωπικό που ελέγχει εξονυχιστικά τα οχήματα! Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξηγήσει την όποια απορία. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα ως το καλύτερο της περιοχής. Φεύγεις ξέροντας ακριβώς τι οδηγείς κι οχι με προβλήματα κουκουλωμενα από την έκφραση "Είναι όλα καλά" όπως μου είχε συμβεί στο παρελθόν από άλλο ΚΤΕΟ. Θα το χαρακτηρίσω ως μονόδρομο για την πόλη της Κοζάνης και τις γύρω περιοχές. Για σωστές δουλειές... ??
Skilled staff who thoroughly inspect the vehicles! The staff are polite and willing to explain any questions. Highly recommended as the best in the area. You are leaving knowing exactly what you are driving and not having problems concealed by the expression "It is all right" as happened to me in the past by another KTEO. I will describe it as a one-way street for the city of Kozani and the surrounding areas. For the right jobs ... ??
