★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order through their website. After one week I sent them an emain regarding the delevery. They never replied. After 1-2 days I called them but they do not answer the phone, there is a message said "Please sent an email". I sent two more email and they did not reply again. So after 14 days of my order I sent them that I want to cancel and they reply to me "ok we cancel your order" None professionalism,.I just wasted my time.Fortunately I had chosen cash on delivery!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a laptop from them and had special request for the hard drive. My request was handled as asked, and the product was delivered to me with no further delay.
Later I had to contact them about a matter relevant to the hard drive request, and despite my approach was a bit hostile -I apologize for that- they calmed me down and solved the matter in no time. The problem that I encountered was not their fault, but they still helped me solve it anyway.
