★ ★ ★ ★ ★ issues professionaly all necessary documents needed by ministry of transport according to European Union directives.Equipped with all necessary machines to make tests required.As far as concerned safety of cars ships and aircraft you must be very naive that this Law of European Union applies solidly to the repair overhaul and test of any mechanical equipment..I am sure as all laws of the European Union has nothing to do with actual facts..After all people have intelligence they don't need to be Naval Architects or Mechanical engineers...
