Από ότι έμαθα, στην θέση του υπήρχε ένα αρκετά παλιότερο, ιδιαιτέρου κάλους εκκλησάκι το οποίο γκρεμίστηκε και χτίστηκε ο νέος ναός.
 Beautiful temple in the cemeteries of the village.
From what I learned, there was a much older, peculiarly beautiful church in its place that was demolished and the new temple built.
