★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Ιερός Ναός Αγίου Γεωργίου ανηγέρθη δαπάναις των απανταχού ευρισκομένων πατειχιανών μερίμνη συλλόγου πατειχιανών "Ο Άγιος Γεώργιος".
Δεύτερη μαρμάρινη πλάκα μας ενημερώνει ότι ο Ιερός Ναός Αγίου Γεωργίου εγκαινιάσθη υπό του Μητροπολίτου Θηβών και Λεβαδείας κ.κ. Ιερωνύμου τη 29 Ιουνίου του σωτηρίου έτους 1986.
Στον περίβολο του ναού υπάρχει και μια κατασκευή ενός μικρού Γολγοθά με τρεις σταυρούς. Είναι δωρεά οικ. Κ. Μπαμπαράκου εις μνήμη Κων. Βάβου.
Οι ιδιοκατασκευές φαίνεται ότι δεν λείπουν από εδώ αφού υπάρχει μια βρύση και ένα τάλαντο με καμπάνα στον προαύλιο χώρο.
Ο ναός είναι αρκετά μεγάλος και ακόμα υπό κατασκευή. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχουν φυτευτεί και ελιές. Ο χώρος δίνει την αίσθηση μιας ενορίας στενού κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα πράγμα που την κάνει κάτι περισσότερο από την "εκκλησία του χωριού".

The Holy Temple of Agios Georgios was erected at the expense of the ubiquitous Patechians, care of the Patechian association "O Agios Georgios".
A second marble slab informs us that the Holy Temple of Agios Georgios was inaugurated by the Metropolitan of Thebes and Levadia, Mr. Jerome on June 29 of the year of salvation 1986.
In the courtyard of the temple there is a construction of a small Golgotha with three crosses. It is a donation from the house of K. Babarakou in memory of Kon. Vavou.
The homemade constructions do not seem to be missing from here since there is a fountain and a bell tower in the courtyard.
The temple is quite large and still under construction. Olives have also been planted in recent years. The space gives the feeling of a parish of a narrow social character, which makes it something more than the "village church".
