Aϊ Γιώργης, ψηλά στην πλαγιά, στο διάσελο Πυρρίχου - Xειμάρρας, στο ιστορικό Tρικεφάλι, όπου στα 1770 έγινε η περίφημη μάχη Xατζή Oσμάν. Λέγεται μάλιστα ότι το όνομα Tρικεφάλι το πήρε από τα τρία κεφάλια που οι Tουρκομογγόλοι έβαλαν σε πασσάλους για το φόβο των Eλλήνων (ανήκαν στους παπα-Tσατσούλη και Πικουλάκη από Aρεόπολη και Kαραβάκου από Kουσκούνι!).
PYRRICHOS, AG.GEORGIOS (MOUNTAIN)
Ay Giorgis, high on the slope, at the Pyrichos-Ximarras bay, in the historic Trichefali, where in 1770 the famous battle of Xatzi Osman was made. It is also said that the name Trichefali took it from the three heads that the Turk-Mongolians put on piles for the fear of the Greeks (belonged to Papas-Tsatsoulis and Pikoulaki from Areopoli and Karavakos from Kushkouni!).
