M	Manolis “Matzou” Matzouranakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την δουλειά μου σαν δουλειά δεν την έκανα ούτε με τον δεύτερο υπάλληλο επειδή ο πρώτος δεν ήταν εξιοδοτημένος (σε αντιπροσωπεία volton) αλλά συν αυτό, με εκνεύρισε ο πρώτος υπάλληλος που μου απαγόρευσε να εισέλθω στο κατάστημα με σκύλο με δικαιολογία ότι το απαγορεύει η εταιρία ενώ διασταύρωσα με volton Καβάλας και Δράμας ότι δεν υπάρχει κάτι τέτοιο... Update:Ρε παιδιά έλεος... Για να φτιάξεις λογαριασμό στο site βάζεις το νούμερο παροχής, όταν αλλάζεις πάροχο αυξάνεται το νούμερο της παροχής κατά 1 από 703 σε 704... Έλεος δηλαδή... Πήρατε τα στοιχεία μου και δεν το είδατε... Τι να πω... Και είστε και εξουσιοδοτημένοι συνεργάτες volton... Τι να πω... e	elen foto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γιατί δεν έχει 0 αστέρια κρίμα που αναγκάζομαι να βάλω αστέρι σε αυτήν την ιδιωτική εταιρεία για να αφήσω σχόλιο! Κόβουν το ρεύμα και σε αφήνουν χωρίς αυτή την βασική ανάγκη εν μέσο καραντίνας.. και χωρίς Προειδοποίηση .και γενικά από όσο διαβάζω στα σχόλια. μακριά από τις ιδιωτικές εταιρίες η Δημόσια επιχείρηση ηλεκτρισμού είναι καλύτερη ( φανταστείτε με όλες τις κατασπατάλες που έχει κάνει είναι καλύτερη!!) όλες αυτές έχουν κρυφές χρεώσεις. Είναι κοροϊδία. Κρίμα που θέλησε να ξεπουληθεί η ΔΕΗ. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ μόνο εμείς τις στηρίζουμε!!! Πως γίνεται να μας λένε ότι το πληρώνουμε φτηνότερα το ρεύμα ενώ το αγοράζουν (πιθανόν ίσως κάποιες Έχουν φωτοβολταϊκά)από την ΔΕΗ η χρησιμοποιούν τους πυλώνες και τις εγκαταστάσεις τους. Κανένας δεν πρέπει να κάνει σύμβαση με αυτές τις εταιρείες! ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΗΝ ΕΙΜΑΣΤΕ ΚΟΡΟΙΔΑ. Χωρίς εμάς δεν είναι τίποτα. Μόνο ΔΕΗ ΚΑΙ ΑΣ ΕΛΠΙΖΟΥΜΕ. Πληρώσαμε τον λογαριασμό και λένε να στείλουμε με e-mail την απόδειξη πληρωμής. Λένε τώρα ότι είναι θέμα ΔΕΔΔΗΕ για την επανασύνδεση μέσα σε 48 ώρες. Επικοινωνήσαμε με την ΔΕΔΔΗΕ και λένε ότι δεν "λάβανε" την εντολή επανασύνδεσης από την ΚΕΝ. Από την στιγμή που θα λάβει η ΔΕΔΔΗΕ την εντολή θα ισχύουν οι 48 ώρες. Ντροπή της για την μη άμεση ανταπόκριση τέτοιων θεμάτων. Το ότι μας έκοψαν το ρεύμα είναι δικό τους λάθος καθώς δεν μας στέλνανε λογαριασμούς και μας ήρθε φουσκωμένος. Πληρώσαμε πάνω από το 60% του ποσού πριν 1.5 μήνα και χωρίς προειδοποίηση μας το έκοψαν. Why isn't it a pity 0 stars that I have to put a star on this private company to leave a comment! They cut off the electricity and leave you without this basic need for quarantine ... and without warning. And generally from what I read in the comments. away from private companies the Public Electricity Company is better (imagine with all the waste it has made it is better !!) they all have hidden charges. It's a joke. Too bad PPC wanted to sell out. LONG only we support them !!! How can they tell us that we pay for the electricity cheaper while they buy it (probably some have photovoltaics) from PPC or use their pillars and facilities. No one should sign a contract with these companies! LONG WE ARE NOT KOROIDA. Without us it is nothing. Only PPC AND LET'S HOPE. We paid the bill and they say we should send the receipt by e-mail. They now say it is a HEDNO issue to reconnect within 48 hours. We contacted HEDNO and they say that they did not "receive" the reconnection order from KEN. From the moment the HEDNO receives the order, the 48 hours will be valid. Shame on her for not responding immediately to such issues. The fact that they cut off our electricity is their own fault as they did not send us bills and it came to us inflated. We paid over 60% of the amount 1.5 months ago and without our warning they cut it.
