Η εξυπηρέτηση του πωλητή ήταν πολύ καλή και όλα όσα είπαμε θα μου τα έστελνε και γραπτώς με προσπέκτους και φωτογραφίες την επόμενη ημέρα. Μετά από τρεις ημέρες πήρα τηλ να θυμίσω ότι περίμενα το email. Αργότερα μια κυρία επικοινώνησε μαζί μου να με ενημερώσει ότι θα μου έστελνε η ίδια το υλικό, εκτός από το κόστος των περαστικών, το οποίο δεν θα αναλάμβαναν. Στην ερώτησή μου γιατί, η απάντηση δεν ήταν ούτε ξεκάθαρη, ούτε πειστική. Όταν τελικά μου είπε ότι δεν μπορούν να το κάνουν για τιμές χονδρικής, της είπα να γίνει με τιμές λιανικής. Περιττό να πω ότι ποτέ δεν έλαβα τίποτα, ούτε τιμές, ούτε email, τίποτα. Όταν ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο ή τον υπάλληλο που με εξυπηρέτησε, αρνήθηκε λέγοντας ότι και οι δύο λείπουν!! Απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική στάση, όχι μόνο προς πιθανούς συνεργάτες, αλλά και σαν απλόύς πελάτες. Needless to say that I never received anything, nor prices, nor email, nothing. When I asked to talk to the person responsible or the employee who served me, he refused saying that both are missing !! Unacceptable and unprofessional attitude, not only to potential partners, but also as a whole customers.
