Περίμενα 50 λεπτά για να πάρω το αποτέλεσμα μιας ακτινογραφίας. Όσον αφορά στους γιατρούς δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα, αλλά η υποδοχή τραγική!!Πήγαινα χρόνια, αλλά τον τελευταίο χρόνο υπάρχει μεγάλο θέμα. Η με μένα, που μου βρήκαν σε υπέρηχο, πολύποδα στη χολή ,και μάλιστα με συγκεκριμένο μέγεθος Και σε αξονική ,και επανεξέταση υπερήχου,σε άλλο μεγάλο νοσοκομείο, ως δια μαγείας εξαφανίστηκε Όσο αναφορά τις κοπέλες στην υποδοχή ,πιστεύω ότι το ύφος των χιλίων καρδινάλιων θα ήταν καλό να το κατεβασουν κομματάκι,μαζί με την αγένεια τους Hmmm !! Α	ΑΝΝΑ ΚΑΛΚΑΝΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Α Π Α Ρ Α Δ Ε Κ Τ Ο Ι !!!!!!!! Όσον αφορά το μικροβιολογικό. Είμαστε πελάτες από την πρώτη ημέρα που άνοιξε έχουμε αφήσει πολλά χρήματα στο εν λόγω εργαστήριο. Στη τελευταία επίσκεψη από δικό τους λάθος δεν εκτέλεσαν μία εξέταση, όταν τους ενημέρωσα μου είπαν ότι θα την εκτελέσουν και θα μου στείλουν τις απαντήσεις με mail κάτι που δεν έκαναν ποτέ. Όταν τους πήρα τηλέφωνο μου είπαν ότι υπάρχει μια χρέωση 1,50€ και αφού κάνω τη κατάθεση και τους στείλω το καταθετηριο θα μου στείλουν και τα αποτελέσματα. Φυσικά και τα χρήματα θα τα κατεθετα αλλά ο τρόπος τους ήταν απαράδεκτος τη στιγμή που ήταν δικό τους το λάθος αλλά όταν κάποια στιγμή εισέπραξαν χρήματα για μια καλλιέργεια που τελικά δεν χρειάστηκε να κάνουν γιατί δεν βρέθηκε μικρόβιο δεν επέστρεψαν ποτέ τα χρήματα. Πριν 2 μήνες έκανε ο αντρας μου αιματολογικες εξετάσεις στις οποίες τα αποτελέσματα ήταν τελέιως λάθος (έγιναν την ίδια μέρα και επανάληψη σε άλλο διαγνωστικό) και προσπαθούσαν να μας πείσουν ότι πήγε φαγωμένος για τις εξετάσεις. Πιστεύπυν ότι απευθύνονται σε πελάτες μη ενημερωμένους και ανίδεους και το αποδεικνείουν με την στάση τους τόσο οι κοπέλες τις γραμματείας όσο και οι γιατροί. Τέλος περίμενα αποτελέσματα εξέτασεων για ουρολοίμοξη από την Παρασκεύη και μετά από 5 μερές δεν μου είχαν στείλει τις απαντήσεισ στο mail. Η απάντηση τους ¨"ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΚΑΙ ΑΛΛΟΣ ΤΡΟΠΟΣ ΝΑ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΕΤΕ ΕΞΕΤΑΣΕΙΣ" με ύφος και στυλ παρατήρησεις. Πραγματικά λυπάμαι γιατί το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο έχει πολύ αξιόλογους γιατρούς ΄άλλων ειδικοτήτων και το μικροβιολογικό του χαλάει όλη την εικόνα. UNACCEPTABLE (MICROBIOLOGICAL) !!! 2 months ago my husband did a blood test in which the results were completely wrong (they were done the same day and repeated in another diagnostic) and they were trying to convince us that he went eaten for the test. They believe that they are addressing uninformed and ignorant clients and both the girls of the secretariat and the doctors prove it with their attitude.
