Положительный: Мы с семьей часто арендуем виллы в Халкидики. Часто, это каменные дома в греческом аскетичном стиле, где небольшие окна и внутри мрачновато и старовато. В Ianthi Maisonettes все по-другому! Дома новые, современные, ухоженные, очень светлые. Все три мизонета, по-моему, одинаковые. Проект у дома технологичный и современный. При небольшой площади дома, дом кажется очень просторный и эргономичный. Реально дом внутри выглядит лучше, чем на фотографиях. Очень хорошая естественная вентиляция в доме, всегда свежий воздух. Из каждой спальни есть выход на балкон. Из большой спальни на балконе можно сидеть на кресле и смотреть на море. На балконах есть шланги с водой, чтобы можно было помыть пол и мебель от пыли или просто добавить свежести. На всех окнах и балконах новые антимаскитные сетки. Даже в 32 градуса мы не включали кондиционер, потому что всегда в доме было естественное движение воздуха. Санузлы идеально чистые. Пастель, белье, полотенца как в отеле 5* и даже лучше. Хозяйка все перестирывает после каждых гостей, включая покрывала на диваны и пуфики, я это сама видела. Посуда на кухне новая и ухоженная. Я переживала, что дом находится на открытой территории и нет деревьев. Но потом этому была рада, так как постоянно дул морской ветер, даже вечером не кусали комары. ВО дворе можно было спокойно сидеть т ужинать. Хозяева очень внимательные и отзывчивые. Лишний раз не мешали своим присутствием, но в случае необходимости все рассказывали и помогали. Несколько раз угощали овощами и десертами. Я видела, что это от всего сердца. На последок подарили подарок в греческом стиле, мы были просто очарованы. Пляж и море в Неа-рода замечательные. Утром на пляже были совсем не большие волны, но купаться это не мешает даже детям. Иногда мы уезжали на другой берег Афона на расстояние 5 км от нашего дома и там было идеально спокойное море. Это нам подсказал хозяин. А вечером в Неа-Рода море очень спокойное, купаться замечательно. От дома до моря пешком идти 4 минуты. Обратно в.

Positive: Where can I start at how AWESOME this house that really in 2 weeks became our home? Kurios Dimitris and his family right from the first second made me feel at home by waiting for us out front, helping us settle in, having water in the fridge and all amenities we'd need after a long road trip. The house itself is very large and has 2 bedrooms upstairs, big living room and 2 big bathrooms, with a nice kitchen and large fridge. It was a high quality kitchen so we cooked 80% of the time. We made beautiful family meals that we ate on the front terrace which was big, clean and perfect. The house was pristine, sheets smelled amazing. The AC was super powerful and the laundry facilities in the back basement allowed me to go home with fresh clothing, and let us wash our beach towels almost daily. It was perfect! The place is a 4-5 min walk to a great beach bar called Legends or you can go into town to Costa Costa. We liked goinng to Voulitsa through the town on the other side which is a 5min drive, and really the beaches were amazing for small kids and tired parents. We rarely drove anywhere and when we did it was so close to a great beach, the car got a break too! For 4 drinks you can pay 11-20 euros depending on the beach bar. The town does not have an ATM so you'll have to go to Ierissos but it's a 5 min drive north. And there are Masoutis and Lidl grocery stores there which are excellent and will allow you to cook in this amazing home! There is a bakery in town open til 1pm that has awesome goods and also a convenience store that takes credit card for essentials. Most of the all, the hosts are INCREDIBLY sweet and kind and brought my kids treats and ice cream and just checked in with us and gave us the best advice on places to go. The unit we had to the far left, so the first one, around the corner had a little kids area with swings and slides and a seesaw and house. My kids played there daily after breakfast and dinner and enjoyed themselves immensely!. Negative: NOTHING. It was our best Greek family vacation thus far... Euxaristw poli!!.

Positive: Me and my friends spent a week at Dimitrio's house and we had a lot of time. Everything was described and even more. The accommodation was excellent and we had complete freedom and felt like in our own house. Beautiful accommodation just like the pictures with all the necessary equipment. Comfortable bed, fast internet. Perfect location in close proximity to all major destinations: nice beach, supermarket, fish market, bakery, atm, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great and clean, just five minutes walk from the clean and sandy Legend Beach. There are other excellent and huge beaches in both directions, only 3-4 kilometers, I personally recommend Come Beach as well as Drea. Dimitrios and his wife are incredibly welcoming, they are so friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful stay in this place!.
